I went through drive through and the person taking my order was very rude and ghetto as if she did not want to ne asked any questions and got silent for 2 mins ..if people can't be respectful and don't care about their job they shouldn't be there! I called back up there and the manager ALITA really didn't seem to care so ill be calling corporate reporting them both!
I once gave this place 5 stars because of how good they were to me and how they always got my order right... but i dont know if the management has changed or what, but our orders are always wrong even though they ask you "does this look right on the screen".. its almost always wrong, its like they dont listen, i really hate to be that person but yall really need to train better. I completely understand we arent robots but, i used to work in fast food... we can do better guys.

I came there today February 4th 2024, and that is one nasty place and rude customer service that latina manager needs to learn to show customers some respect. Not just walk around acting like a queen. And she placed her purse and jacket on the food area. I'm reporting this to everyone and I took pictures also.
