We love El Cazador! I'm one to branch out, but the veggie burrito here is my constant. The service is fast, the food is made-to-order and fresh. It's delicious and reasonably priced. They are all over town and I think I w been to just about all of them! It's a good truck, so don't expect sit down service, but they do have tables and a covered seating area. Pro tip: order extra pickled veggies- a must!
This has to be my favorite location for this chain in all of Madison County. I always feel like I'm getting extra special tacos here. I always get two birria tacos then randomly get other meats. The salsa packets are sometimes hard to rip open but they're worth the effort. If you want the best tacos in all of Madison County you have to stop here.

There's a difference between authentic more basic flavored Mexican food. Then there is TexMex. You're not going to get tex mex here. Not much to look at and I haven't seen anyone smile there, ever, but I also don't care if they do. But as far as authentic Mexican food, this spot was hitting.
