“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.“

“My Grandkids and I was at the Waffle House on 53 on Sunday nite around 2200 hours. And let me tell u the food was amazing. That young man cooked with love and heart.. The server was the best. Will be back again.. ❤️“

“Went in for breakfast last weekend after hearing a few good things, and overall it was a solid experience. The place had a relaxed, neighborhood kind of feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. I ordered eggs with hash browns and toast, and everything came out hot and fresh. The hash browns were crispy on the outside, which I always appreciate. Coffee was decent and refills came without having to ask twice. Service felt friendly and casual, like they weren’t rushing you out the door.“

“My two boys (7 & 2) and I stopped for dinner. Haleigh was our server AND our cook because she was the only one there! When we sat down, she was cooking another order but explained she would be with us just as soon as she was done. Once she delivered their food, she came and took our order and played/teased my 2 year old while doing so. She was so nice and sweet while taking our order and making our food (for 3 people mind you), and while making faces at my toddler while she was cooking. He was having a ball and making faces back to her. Most people would be in an awful mood having to do it all by themselves but Haleigh did it with a smile and a cheerful attitude! She helped us from having a toddler hangry meltdown while doing it all. Woman 10000% deserves a raise!!“

“Been coming to this establishment for the last 2 or 3 years fairly consistently. I have to give a shout out to Tina, shes one of the servers there. Bless her she is normally there more than anyone should be ( due to short staffing) now I have 2 children ages 3 and 1, and no matter how busy always tries to give them a warm welcome. They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. Mrs. Tina definitely deserves 5 stars, and the restaurant has gotten so much cleaner and the food in my opinion has gotten tastier!!!!! cant go wrong with those all stars!!!!!!“
