“First time having the food. Even though I had a situation. When I called the restaurant A young lady answered the phone who was very very, very polite and Understandable. The food was pretty good despite my situation. Wanted to get in touch with the managers. They were kinda in a situation where they had to take care of things. But over all I am pleased with the food and how it was cooked. Thank you so much again Anonymous young lady who spoke with me today. You do sure rock just listening to my situation.“

“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.“

“I recently visited this location to grab breakfast for my family because I couldn't be there for Sunday breakfast and had to go into work. I was missing a couple of items on my order but I called in and they store manager promised you would make it right. Well I just went in today and you did indeed make it right. I just want to say thank you for my family to IHOP we thoroughly enjoyed our food and will be returning for our next Sunday brunch.“

“My Grandkids and I was at the Waffle House on 53 on Sunday nite around 2200 hours. And let me tell u the food was amazing. That young man cooked with love and heart.. The server was the best. Will be back again.. ❤️“

“Went in for breakfast last weekend after hearing a few good things, and overall it was a solid experience. The place had a relaxed, neighborhood kind of feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. I ordered eggs with hash browns and toast, and everything came out hot and fresh. The hash browns were crispy on the outside, which I always appreciate. Coffee was decent and refills came without having to ask twice. Service felt friendly and casual, like they weren’t rushing you out the door.“

“This waffle House has a great staff that's very friendly. My order was taken promptly and food was delivered hot fresh and just the way I ordered. This will be my new new quick fill up spot from now on on Winchester. A blueberry waffle hash browns with chili cheese and ham and the water ran me 10 bucks. That's outstanding value in my opinion!“

“Been coming to this establishment for the last 2 or 3 years fairly consistently. I have to give a shout out to Tina, shes one of the servers there. Bless her she is normally there more than anyone should be ( due to short staffing) now I have 2 children ages 3 and 1, and no matter how busy always tries to give them a warm welcome. They love her lol. Bless her I know shes tired. Food is always good and we don't even have to tell her, the wife and I are creatures of habits, but it still amazes me how she remembers so many peoples orders by memory. I d I believe people like her need a shout out, she practically lives there lol. With covid and being so short staffed, shes been there. I think everyone who has worked during all of this deserves praises. Mrs. Tina definitely deserves 5 stars, and the restaurant has gotten so much cleaner and the food in my opinion has gotten tastier!!!!! cant go wrong with those all stars!!!!!!“
