“My previous post concerning Waffle House was about the one on beltline.. The Waffle House on 6th Ave. Actually sold me one can of tomato juice and did not bicker about it. Could have charged me $2.40 for the one can. I don't know and do not care. $2.40 would break me. Such stupidity... by the way. I stopped at the 6th Ave first then two days later at the Beltline Waffle House.“
“Haven't ate here in awhile so we decided to give it a try. Got in and got seated pretty quickly. First and foremost DO NOT go here expecting speedy service or if you are hungry. It was busy but not too busy where we couldn't get waited on. I'm not going to rant on and on about it I think I made my point.However, when the food finally got there it was really delicious and we enjoyed it.Be your own judge, just because our server never came back to the table except to bring the bill may not happen to you.Good luck“

Kudos to the chef Service was ok until the waitress got an attitude because she messed up our order and we were nice about it but she was rude like we shouldn't have said anything My son ask for a blueberry pancake and she forgot the blueberries and also left something off our to go order So we just ask for what we ordered All in all great place great foodKid-friendliness: Kid friendly I would take my kids here“
“The Decatur, AL Waffle House is the best one I’ve ever visited. I was a frequent flyer and they had my order memorized and would put it in for me right when I walked in the door. I’d normally be in and out in 25 minutes. Super friendly staff!“
“We eat at our Waffle House most Sundays and always look forward to not only the good food but the friendly staff from the young man who opens the door for us to our usual waitresses especially Katie who has a laugh as big as all outdoors. Have never heard a cross word from any of them no matter how busy they are. No one makes smothered hash browns as well as WH.“
“Best donuts I’ve had in Decatur- HANDS DOWN!! The staff members were so nice and were very accommodating and professional. Get there early because it is busy.
