“Excellent place for Breakfast! Please note at the times we have visited, they were very short staffed. However ... our wait was minimal and overall service of the staff was GREAT! The staff works really well together, covering whatever area needs to be covered and backing each up other up. It was pleasant to see such teamwork. The food was tasty every time and they always fix me a coffee "to go". Great place to eat and great price. But most of all ... FANTASTIC STAFF! Special shout out to Sandra!“

“The old Athens, AL Waffle House is all around much better than the newest Waffle House on Hwy 31. Service is completely 100% better as is the food. The dining area may be a bit older but I can handle that with the other options.

Parking: There's plenty of parking area around the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: We always see kids there.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty much even with the parking lot and although there's a small ramp to the sidewalk, it's really not needed.“

“We we're really hungry so we stopped by waffle House just about to eat when we got there we ordered two T-Bones and two waffles with eggs on one of them and hash browns on the other one plus we ordered an extra waffle we got it to go and when we got home by the time we got here our food was cold as ice and we didn't have our order we had someone else's order so we tried to eat what we could but it was nasty I thank you for going to give somebody to order you you need to know what order you're giving them instead of just sending them out the door or something to get rid of them and I got a chance to hit somebody's garden parking lot and I did nothing and so that alone there makes me not even want to come back the people are going to be like that I want my meal free I want my mail fixed and I want it free and I want it hot so I can bring it home and feed my mother who is on hospice y'all really let me down“
