“Staff at this Jack's takes care of the customers very well. Restrooms and the dining room and very clean. Also a plus is the gravel parking lot as well as the standard parking lot. “The chicken strips was good but the pieces are so small that you have to buy extra pieces in order to get it at least what you order. Everytime I order chicken fingers it's the same thing I'm sure somebody gets the reasonable size one but it just not me.“
“The food is good, but don't expect to get a full serving of French fries. Most of the time, the fries don't go to the top of the fry carton.Don't expect them to be open until the close time (11pm). They've been closed at 10pm several times when I stopped for dinner.“

“While the staff is great, you can tell they are serving recipes from the great depression. The burgers are probably 80% bread crumb. I have eaten here 12 times over the last year and every time I am dog sick the next day. The loaded fries are a huge success.“
“Love this place the environment is great, the employees are very friendly and helpful, I bought some nuggets and they were hard and I went to the front and told a person and he even replaced my nuggets and gave me fresh ones, plus added extra nuggets. “I’m from out of town, and my wife and I had lunch here for the first time today. Her Philly Cheesesteak was really good, and my burger was good. Folks working there are very friendly. Only 2 Criticisms: The burger had a little too much salt, so I would back off just a little. Also, and this applies to the entire city of Cullman, the water tastes so bad don’t try to drink it or the tea. I don’t think locals notice but it tastes like mud to me.“
“I went in to this location craving some boneless wings and had Sharlotte as my server. She was very nice and welcoming, and knew the menu and current promotions. Sharlotte was constantly checking up on our table making sure we had everything we needed/ wanted.The wings were incredible! If you ever stop at this location ask for Sharlotte to be your server“
“There was a long line of regular workers in-line when I got there. That's an indication it's a good place to eat. It's a small unit but was clean and the staff is warm and inviting. The type that goes out their way to be helpful. They no longer have the 5 for $5 like the last time I entered a Sneaky Pete's. Nonetheless.“
