Hardee's use to be my first choice for breakfast. Not anymore. Over the past months I noticed a change in the quality and quantity of the food. The food has been burnt, cold, small portions, and once uneatable. The last 3 times I ate at Hardee's, items were missing from my order. I know mistakes do happen, but this is not a mistake, it's poor management.
Management is good had an order that was messed due to online ordering. Manager and staff were very accommodating and very nice. Made it right and I really appreciate them.

The service is fast, and everyone is always smiling and friendly. One worker helped a customer save money by suggesting a special promotion, which included fries and a drink for the same price. The manager, even when short handed, handles everything gracefully and works hard. Another manager went above and beyond by personally apologizing for mildly warm food and making things right. A new supervisor made food come out extremely fast, with the order correct and a sweet teal that was delicious. The food is always great, and the staff recognizes dissatisfied customers and does the right thing. Hardee's is open until 9pm.
