They did mess up on my order with my Sister's, but it was a simple mistake which was fixed. My Sister ordered the Double Cheeseburger Meal and I ordered just a Double Cheeseburger Sandwich just plain with pickles and Mayo only because I am allergic to everything red like Tomatoes and Ketchup. They accidentally put her regular made Sandwich on my bottom bun which had mayo only and my special made Sandwich on her bottom bun which had a lot of ketchup on it. Me & my brother both enjoyed the Prime Rib Burger with Large Fries & I had the Unsweet Tea + Mocha Iced Coffee & my brother got the milkshake & for our tastes of our experiences & it was all good & its our first time to dine in this Cullman, AL location.

Hardee’s on 2nd Ave offers a great experience with fresh, hot food and fast service. The breakfast is always fresh every single time. Employees like Kadale, Kesha, Heather, Ember, and the manager are standout employees who are very nice, hard working, and always have a smile on their faces. They show amazing hospitality and make customers feel welcomed. The service is quick, kind, and the vibe makes everyone feel like they are not a hassle. The smoked sausage biscuit is a favorite, though not a permanent menu item. The restaurant has been great lately, with employees working their butts off. It is a great restaurant with great people, and if an order is ever messed up, which is very rare, it is taken care of quickly.
