Wasn’t a bad experience, but wasn’t the best. Room for improvement. Loved the old burger patty and wish they would bring it back. Chicken tenders a little small. Soft serve was fine and they did flip our Blizzard.

I had a blizzard. It was very good, the only thing wrong was the ice cream was almost melted. So I ended up drinking it like a very chunky milkshake. It was still great!

Ladies room was disgusting. No toilet paper in one stall and dried peed on the rim of the toilet 2nd stall had blood on the inside rim of the toilet and pee on the seat. My son ended up having an accident because this nastiness.. Do Better at keeping the restrooms clean... ?
They didn't dare turn the Blizzard upside down because it would have poured out on the counter. If you can't do the actual thing you're known for you should fix that.

Update: September 2023Showed up at 7:45pm. Ordered with a large group. Young man at the register was pleasant. Notified by a rude young lady who messed up our order that the restaurant was closing at 8 even though there are no signs on the door showing hours and a party was still going on in the play area. Took more than 20 minutes to get our complete order.Horrible attitude that was totally uncalled for. Website says they are open until 9-10pm.2017 Post:Favorite place for ice cream in town. Sometimes slow when ordering inside restaurant because food is cooked to order.

They turned the lights off on me as I sat at the drive-thru for almost 5 minutes 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. So I was here by 9:06 and they left me sitting there and then closed because I drove up to the drive-thru and made them open the window and he told me they were closed. As I was sitting at the speaker before they turn the light off I tried calling them and it rang and rang and rang and he also told me that the phone number on Google is wrong. What the hell?I forgot I asked for the manager and there isn't even one here they said.I'm coming back tomorrow and I better get a free banana split because that's what I came forRIDICULOUS

Ordered a cheesecake blizzard EXTRA CHEESECAKE which I payed for, left the drive thru realized it had absolutely no cheesecake I couldn’t find even one piece. I went back through and told them the situation and they said they could give me a little cup of them for like $2, after waiting what felt like 10 mins my blizzard was practically milk, I asked for a remake or a refund calmly, to which the snarky girl behind the window said “there’s nothing we can do about that” with a shrug and a smile. so as anyone I said technically there is something you can do about it (whether she’ll follow company procedures or not that was up to her which she did not) not even 10 seconds this woman to whom I assume was the manager though she didn’t have the decency to introduce herself very loudly says “we cannot do anything about that it’s hot outside your blizzard melted that’s on you, stop being rude to my workers” yes indeed word for word this is how I was treated, disgusting. I had kept a calm and respectful attitude up unto the point I was being gaslighted. At this point I was just done with the whole thing so I left instead of allowing their stupidity to upset me more. Do better is all I can say… and stop acting like white trash as a “manager”. I enjoyed my warm milk and cheesecake bites on the side, thanks :)Parking: You are never going to not find a spot, no ones here ( instant indicator)
