This is drive-thru or walk-up only.
I always go here for a quick bite or buying for a group. They have many varied choices on the menu. My favorite is a turkey sandwich, hold the mayo, add mustard. It comes with some good coleslaw on the sandwich (although you could probably ask for it on the side if you're a turkey purist). They have chips, other sides, and some dreamy pies, too. The ladies there are always very courteous.

Southern Hickory Barbecue is a drive-through spot with friendly workers who speed up the ordering process. The pulled pork potato is a must-try, with a good amount of meat and a tasty smoke flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The potato was cooked perfectly, and the pulled pork had a great consistency. The only downside was the sour cream and whipped butter on the side instead of melted into the potato. The atmosphere is more casual, with outdoor seating and a quick service. The workers are generally pleasant, although one employee's attitude was not up to par. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the food quality and value for money make it a great spot for a filling and delicious local lunch option.
