Coming home from soccer game tonight, I thought I’d treat my 3 year old to a mom and pop ice cream and start a tradition. We ordered in drive-thru and I could tell the cashier was short with her answers but just figured she’s busy with cars in front of me. I got a 3 piece chicken snack at the drive thru andmade sure to ask if the fries were fresh. When I went to eat it the chicken fingers, they were hard and I couldn't even chew them. The fries were also old. I called and complained and they told me that they would replace the snack whenever I wanted to come back in. I went there today and the replacement was fresh at last.
