I absolutely love Mexican and Mexican-American foods! I have personally partake in over 100 equivalent restaurants (different locations, having lived in multiple states) in my time. My MIL treated us for the Hartselle location of Don Alejo. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER BEEN SERVED! My go-to for new location experiences is the chicken chimchamga. it comes with a fajita-style side salad as well as chicken-based chimichamga (deep fried tortilla wrap). Hands down the best Mexican food I've ever had! Everyone that works here is an absolute delight. I love the environment, the decor, the bar... I just love every single thing about this place. Great prices, great service and great food. What else could you possibly ask for? HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😋
