25 minutes in drive through with one car in fromt of us. Out of food I ordered. Fries taste like card board. Sweet tea had no sugar in it. Undrinkable.
To all who read this. jack's is a great place to eat the food is great but. I feel like all the public should know that 90% of the employees who work at fayette al jack's doesn't care about you the smile in ur face and talk crap about you behind closed doors. there are a few who really deserve to be recognized. store manager luara and assistant manager tracy both care a lot about there customers that they give up home life to server you while being under paid also new manager...read full review
Just have had horrible customer service and quality of food in past year has been declining fast
