This place is not open until 10:30pm. I called at 9:55 to place an order and was told they were closing and could not take orders. So just be aware, they close at 10pm even though the app and Google says 10:3pm
I always order online thru the app for pickup & it has never failed to be ready when I arrived and never had a mistake in order. I suggest using the tools provided in the app for the more or less option on veggies, sauces, etc and if you think you need to there’s also a place for notations/requests.
I ordered online it's just faster but I literally waited for someone to show up to give me my order I paid for online I thought it would be faster but was wrong 5 minutes into waiting a young man can from the other side of the store and helped me mind you the guy that was behind me been waiting a few minutes before anyone even noticed us standing there... Our sandwiches was good we ordered so that kinda makes up for waiting ig... Definitely wasn't worth almost 18.00...
