The gentleman taking my order on 10/9/26 in drive thru was very pleasant and I'm thinking they have a wonderful restaurant with wonderful group of workers
Service was better at this Hardee's than at a lot of others we've been to. The manager was friendly and helpful and he was so great with his employees that were learning. Great experience!
Let me just say, this restaurant has been thru so many managers over the years. We have watched them all come and go. None has been as great as Chad the current manager. As I placed my order today in the store I was beyond shocked to see one of my son’s old school teachers yelling and screaming at him while standing in the drive thru. Based on the reviews, Hardee's has been mismanaged for years but currently has a great manager and great service. There are a couple of women who work in the afternoon/evening who are very kind and always serve the food hot. One employee with a ponytail and blue t-shirt was working hard and smiling, even making a grilled cheese for a picky child. The Frisco Breakfast sandwich is hot and delicious, and the sausage and egg biscuits are awesome. The tater tots are fantastic, and the sweet tea is better than Chick-fil-A. The service is fast, and the food is hot. The staff is great, including an employee named Shaila who is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is kid-friendly, and the son loves the options. There is easy wheelchair access for a dad in a wheelchair. The atmosphere in the drive-through is dark first thing in the morning, but there is a lovely view from the parking lot.
