We went for lunch and the food and service was great! More importantly, what a value. The same entrees on the dinner menu were twice the price or more . When we got our tab with 5 drinks and a bottle of wine I felt like we had robbed them it was so inexpensive. I would have and expected to pay dinner menu prices. What a bargain and quite the suprise!

Everything was as expected except for the seating arrangements. I had a party of 6 that grew to 7, I visited the restaurant 2 hours prior to my reservation to tell them of my change. I was assured by the front desk staff that they could seat us together but we ended up being split into 2 tables of 4/3 by the staff that was manning the desk at my reservation time. It's hard to entertain clients when I'm not sitting with them.

Our waitress, Kathy, was wonderful. The food was perfectly prepared. We all had steak and they were all delicious. The ambience is just fabulous! We had a great time! Great value for the experience.

Wonderful Anniversary get away! Overnight at stylish Marriott, relaxing couple massage at their spa, dinner at 360, and cocktails and music at Swampers. 360 had a welcoming, classy atmosphere, with great service and delicious food. I would have liked some perks and upgrades to recognize my Gold Bonvoy member status on celebration, but other than that 5 stars.

This was our first visit to the 360 Grille since its renovation was completed. Everything was beautiful and spotless! Our Maitre ‘d was Shelby. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Kathy was our server, and she was just as friendly and knowledgeable. She answered every question we had about the menu and explained the changes in the menu that had came about since our last visit. We both had steak. I had the Ribeye and my wife the filet. Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly! The breads and salad before the meal were just as good. I had made reservations because we were celebrating our anniversary and I wanted everything to go smoothly, with no waiting to be seated. When we arrived, Shelby greeted us and asked how long we'd been married. I told him 39 years and he congratulated us. He escorted us to our table and told us that Kathy would be taking care of us. We were seated and were just having some small talk when my wife picked up a small, folded card sitting on the table. She opened it up and a big smile came across her face. She handed me the card and I opened it to find a hand written “Happy Anniversary” note signed by 360 staff. The 360 isn't somewhere we get to visit often, it's about a two drive for us, but I promise you this... it's worth the trip! We have never been disappointed in any way at the 360.
Great time at 360 Grille. Madrid was very nice and welcoming. We got there a bit early so she showed us the bar. Bartenders was great and drinks were nice. Waiter was nice food was terrific. Highly recommend.
