IF YOU DO DOORDASH, DO NOT USE YOUR DASHER CARD THAT YOUR MONEY GOES ON AT FLORENCE!! THEY ARE LIABLE TO REFUSE YOU! I used to absolutely love 7 brew but since they got this new system it has messed everything up. I have been a regular since the day they opened going just about everyday with the same card. Never had any issues until new system. I have had to contact customer service several times. There have been times I’ve been charged double and the manager (Alex) never wants to refund. always say they can’t do anything about it. Yet I’ve had a different manager refund a double charge before & she was happy to help and was very nice. BUT now They don’t want to take my card because it’s a dasher card. I have used that same card since they opened. Customer service has already told me I could use the card but the store absolutely refused to run it yesterday & this isn’t the 1st time. I literally used the card the day before for the ornament, then I go through for the 2 for $8 and they would not even take the card from my hand to scan it. I was like you’ve got to be kidding me, CS already said I could use this card and I just used it just the day before. I even showed them my transaction where it showed where I’ve been using it there and the email from CS stating I could use my card and they still refused to take it from my hands. I let them know this was absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to be contacting customer service every other day because one day they take my card and the next they don’t! Could not tell you how many times I’ve had to message CS since the new system. Customer service and this locations need to get it together.

Went through the line on Thanksgiving and there was a very long line, but the girl who took our order, Tara, was so sweet and helpful. We got our drinks in much less time than we expected to.

i love 7brew down!! BUT i went this morning and when she handed me my drinks they already looked half drank 😐😐😐😐 and i asked for cold foam and i drove 7min max to my job, and the cold foam on all 4 drinks is already gone.

One of the best places to brew up a great morning for you. Enjoyed a wonderful iced chai latte today as per requested by Parker Keaton. She was such an outstanding employee; the system must have been glitches today because ther was trouble accessing my previous orders, but Parker was there to save the day! Thanks Parker, and thank you 7brews!

I went to 7 brew recently for the first time as a non coffee drinker and loved it! There were so many options that my barista Parker talked me through to figure out what I would like best. We landed on a lemonade chiller with fruit roll up flavors! I’ll definitely be back to try more
