The atmosphere has changed so much since Steve, the most awesome of managers, with personality galore, left. WeISS him and have only been there 2 times since him. It just isn't the same Bring Steve back!! We used to eat there 3 times a week.

My Cuz and I went there for lunch today, JASMINE was our server and she amazing!!! The Manager walked by twice and made sure we were being taken care of. We got the 2 for 25 deal and both ordered the ? with a side of Onion Rings and Everything were cooked to perfection ?

Years ago, I visited and decided to eat at Applebee’s with my family since they had an allergen menu. I have a severe dairy and gluten allergy. I noticed that the chips said it was dairy-free and gluten-free. I took two bites and I was already having a scary deadly reaction. I felt like I was on fire, numb, dizzy, felt like I was going to faint, and my throat was closing up. Thankfully, my mom had medicine that she was able to give me. This restaurant is the very reason I do not trust any other restaurant with food allergies.
On top of almost having to be hospitalized over chips, the service was extremely slow. We all had to leave early due to my bad allergic reaction.

I used to go in all the time. But they decided to change their hamburgers to cheaper frozen meat... And they're terrible now!!
My Husband & I went there for date night, because our Grands went to see their parents. My Husband ordered the all you can eat Ribletts, that he enjoyed very much. Which is the Only reason I'm giving 3 stars. I ordered 3 cheese penne Alfredo with grilled chicken breast, it tasted like the sauce they put on it was watered down, or they didn't drain the penne properly & very tasteless, then I asked I'd they could give me a little sauce on it, the sauce came to me tasting like real Alfredo with seasoning. When I mixed it together it still tasted bland. The waitress asked if I wanted to take it home, I said whatever I'll give it to my dog. So eventually she just took it and then took it off our bill. The Manager came to the table behind us, who also sent their dinner back, but walked right by us. I've never been to San Applebee's where the Manager didn't walk around asking their customers how their food was b4. I won't be recommending or coming back again.

Restaurant was nowhere close to busy. We sat for 15 mins waiting for a menu & to have our drink order taken. Once our drink order was taken (2 waters & a coke) we sat waiting for that another 15 mins. So we left & went elsewhere.
