Not a good Arby's. Not very clean and sometimes the food is old. Some of the employees look at you like you're not supposed to be there, and half the time they get your order wrong.

I ordered a meal, that came with sauce and I went home shortly after to find out there was no sauce, I figured they had forgotten so I drive back, just to find out they're out of said sauce, and was not informed of this initially

I went by tonight and 10/27/25 I ordered a honey mustard chicken strip and ranch chicken wrap and a small fry. I get home to have 1 wrap and I called back and the female who answered said oh yeah that’s my fault and proceeded to hang up. So I will never go back if that’s the classless employees they hire.

We can not give any stars at all, the service was horrible, we asked for light ice (because it hurts our teeth) was not told they couldn't give us light ice when we ordered, we recieved a glass so full of ice the straw almost could not fit in the lid, or bun was really old, my husband threw his sandwich away, it was horrible, they did not give is napkins, i had to ask for them, and they gave us no sauce for our sandwiches! This is the worst service we have ever had from Arby's. We will NEVER eat here again! Sorry you can not treat your customers better than this! 😒😮💨😑😏😒😶
