We can not give any stars at all, the service was horrible, we asked for light ice (because it hurts our teeth) was not told they couldn't give us light ice when we ordered, we recieved a glass so full of ice the straw almost could not fit in the lid, or bun was really old, my husband threw his sandwich away, it was horrible, they did not give is napkins, i had to ask for them, and they gave us no sauce for our sandwiches! This is the worst service we have ever had from Arby's. We will NEVER eat here again! Sorry you can not treat your customers better than this! 😒😮💨😑😏😒😶

You might as well close this store permanently. They are always closed for one reason or another, or the service is super slow. Whataburger is faster and that's saying something around here.
I've gone by there several times in the last month and they either never answer the drive thru, or they aren't even open.
