The food was absolutely disgusting. The bag was soaked in something. The food was just slop, roast beef tasted like the cardboard box it was put in. They literally poured a watery drink in to my cup from another that was sitting and topped it off. The cashier acted remedial or high as a kite when taking order. Overall worst place I've seen in awhile. So we threw the food away and ordered something. The district manager should be fired and everyone in that store on 11/7/23 because that food and service was completely unacceptable.

The girl working the drive through window on 10/25/23 at 10:30pm was one of the rudest workers and people in general I’ve ever met. I pull up to order and she says “Arby’s”, I pull up the window and she just says my total, nothing else. I’m fine with people being short I understand it’s late but her attitude was just horrible. To no surprise, my order was wrong but she made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even say anything. It was bad enough for me to leave a review before even leaving the parking lot. Edit: I just came back because my order was so wrong and they closed 15 min early lol what a joke
Ordered 2 drinks with my meal, was asked to pull up to wait for my food after receiving both drinks. An employee approached my car and asked for one of the drinks back claiming that I didn’t order or pay for 2 drinks. To avoid further conflict I handed her the drink but tried to explain that I had ordered both drinks. She dumped the drink onto the concrete and walked inside. When she came back with my food, I checked the receipt and had been charged with both drinks. She was incredibly rude throughout the entire experience, I won’t be back.

Ran out of several items on a Monday night. No Greek Gyro meat, no mac and cheese bites. Food was stone-cold. Drive-Thru lady was rude AF! Really bad attitude and just plain nasty to customers and the cooks. Owners need to clean house and figure out their food inventory management.

This was my 3rd and last time going to Arby's on florence Blvd. Everytime the food has been trash and the women at the window was rude. It's like the food just sits for hours. And the workers attitudes were just ridiculous. Pure incompetence. They should be fired in my opinion.

It was SATURDAY afternoon and I wanted to go in the lobby, sit down, and enjoy my meal. Well, Arby's did not want that to happen. Seems they have no interest in their dine-in customers and had their doors locked tight! Really, Arby's?? Seems all other fast food restaurants have no problem opening their lobbies.I got back in my vehicle and drove right across the street to Popeye's and ate my lunch there, dine-in.
