So you order food and of course chicken place so you would think you would get dipping sauce. They charge you for dipping sauce without even telling you they're charging you for the dipping sauce and then when you called a complain they're like oh there's a sign on the door or the window. Okay? Well you still should have notified somebody without just charging them because I would have not paid for that Branch when I could get the ranch for the same amount at the store for four little cups rude employees, rude people and apparently just adding money to your card without even telling you we'll never go back to Bojangles again also, they didn't even have half of the food ready that should be ready during dinner time I only had three options of chicken to choose from the types of chicken for my order

There was this one girl that looked younger and she was super short with brown hair I’m pretty sure and she gave the best costumer service. She kept on checking on everyone and was super nice to a baby that sitting next to me and my bf. I didn’t catch her name I wish I did. The food was nice and fresh. I will 100% recommend this bojangles! Next time if I catch her name I will write a goo review on here about her she was amazing!!!!

As much as I love bojangles they never get my order right. I order a deluxe bo's chicken sandwich and its never correct. Sometimes it has pickles (which doesn't bother me much) sometimes it has lettuce and no tomatoe, sometimes its just chicken and mayo ect.
Most of the time service is delivered well but recently the last few times we’ve come not only has the order been wrong but they have served us very old sour tea. I worked as a server for 6 years and it’s not that hard or costly to make a fresh batch of tea for lunch and for dinner, regardless of how busy you were/are. It’s either they are not or the urns are not being cleaned properly. I wouldn’t write this except I’ve called about it last time it happened and doesn’t seem like any changes have been made to the way they do things. Very disappointing. Just like anyone, they wouldnt want to pay for poor quality food/drinks either.
