I've tried to visit this establishment twice in as many weeks. The first time, The drive-thru person did not offer a greeting, was clearly in a bad mood, rudely asked for my order, and when I asked if they had any green beans or other vegetables for a side, she answered with a rude "no." I wasn't in the mood to deal with rude people so I drove off and eight elsewhere.Just now, I was dumb enough to give it another try thinking maybe they had a bad day a couple of weeks ago. It happens. The person who took my order was, again, rude. Regardless, I asked for the same thing that I've been ordering for nearly 40 years, which is a spicy chicken breast and a large dirty rice. This person asked, in a rude way, if I wanted the whole chicken or just (illegible). I'm not sure what she was asking, but I repeated that I simply wanted the large spicy chicken breast. She again asked if I wanted the whole chicken. I don't even know what that means. I told her never mind and drove off.I will not be back to this establishment until I hear that it is under new management. There is clearly something very wrong.

The best Bojangles in the Shoals area. The service is spot on every time I come here. Wish I could say the same for the one in Muscle Shoals.
The food here is always hot, fresh and good. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is for the owner or manager: While you have wonderful employees, the operation seems a little unorganized and chaotic (especially when it gets a little busy). Maybe review workflow and look at resource allocation.

Bojangles is my go-to for breakfast. The service is generally quick and friendly, the food is almost always good (although they do have a tendency to give me sweet tea when I ordered unsweet), and the prices are reasonable. Maybe a bit higher than other places but it's worth the better quality.

This is the best place in the entire universe. If I were given a rocketship, I would never leave Earth because that would mean leaving Bojangles. This restaurant is proof of heaven.
