HOPE THE MANAGER NEEDS TOGO!!! TALK ABOUT A POWER HUNGRY PERSON! Im giving this a negative 10 stars because of the management ( HOPE is her name) . The Bartenders are amazing!!! If hope the manager is working go next door to logans! 4 drinks and your are forced to order food. Some people just stopped in to have a few drinks and watch football. She will look at your check and force you to order food.
What? Get outta here. She also told her bartenders to cut off a guy who was watching football having a good time and enjoying his team winning, who was only there for less than a hr. She is horrible management. Her bartenders even told me she is always on a power trip, and a handfull of locals said the same thing. Go to logans or Applebee's even outback next door. They don't do these child politics and watch your every move.

Me and my buddies in my national guard unit showed up last Saturday to watch the ufc paper view and all hang out drink some beer and eat some good food…well we didn’t have a good time at all and if there was anywhere else that showed the fights we would’ve got up and left. It all started when i first showed up around 630 and ordered a philly cheese steak and when it came out it had ZERO cheese, now to be fair the bartender was really nice about it and got me the cheese when i asked but after that the rest of my group trickled in around 7-9 and we had a party of 12 sit down and planned to be there all night and give business but one thing that was really frustrating is every time we asked for a refill for beer or regular drinks it would take 20-30 mins to bring it out, then around 930 our waitress came out very politely and told us her manager was cutting us off from drinks and we were very confused because we hadn’t been causing any problems or being too loud and when i asked her if we were causing problems and she said no but her manager has a rule where a table couldn’t order more than 30 beers which is wild to me but would be understandable for a smaller party of people…but we had 12 and if u do the math thats at least 2-3 beers per person and some people only had 1 beer and got cutoff?! The waitress then said that the manager is navy so she knows how fast people get drunk( which had no relevance to us having a couple beers) and then the manager had the audacity to come over and make a snarky comment to us being national guard. what really pissed us off was when a group of college age guys sitting beside us was served all night being loud, and rambunctious then one of the guys went to the bathroom and puked his guts up and still never got cutoff, but we keep silent about or frustrations considering we were there to watch the fights and did not want to be kicked out. By the end of the night when is was time to receive our checks the waitress somehow lost what we all ordered then had to come around the whole table to ask us what we ordered and still had EVERY single ticket wrong which took thirty minutes for us to come to the register and manually fix it ourselves. so this was just really upsetting when we all wanted to go out and have a fun night and instead got told we couldn’t be served anymore and pretty much completely killed the mood of the night. absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and will not be coming back.

We always enjoy our visits here! The bottomless apps was a great deal for us during this visit. We like pretty much all of their apps, so this was a great way to get a variety.

I ordered 20 wings and they are so tough you near about break your teeth just trying to rip the meat off the bones. Very disappointed I don’t think I have ever had such a tough wing before as I did today. Buffalo Wild Wings DO BETTER!!!!

Food is always delicious and quick to get to the table. Server was great and pre anticipated all needs.
Probably worst experience by far. Music was super loud food kept coming out either cold or wrong. The server was just rude she would roll her eyes when I asked for something and then would walk away to go vape and talk in the corner with her coworkers. Just don't bother coming here unless every other restaurant is shut down and your starving.

Just don’t…oil was burnt, onion rings so greasy they made our stomach turn before we even left. Celery was mushy with rotted ends. The “guacamole” was half and avocado, not sliced, not smashed, no acid, and a scoop of pico on top. The chips taste like wings and salted with enough to kill an elephant. The boneless wings were overcooked and cold before we even ate the first bite. Will not ever be back.

Went in and had a drink with a friend. He was watching a college football game when the bartender changed the game w/o any explanation. We asked cld she please change it back and she got an attitude and was extremely rude. My friend then asked for a lime for his beer and she ignored him. I asked he why was she upset we did nothing wrong and she was again rude. So we asked for our check to leave. I paid with 100 bill and waited for over 20 mind for my change. I finally asked a manger may I have my change. It was the Hispanic lady. She was rude mean and accused of yelling and cursing at her bartender. That never happened we were polite and in disbelief that we were being treated so unfairly. We did notice that we were the only African American people at the bar. The manager nor anyone never said anything to us nor ever asked us to leave. We decided to leave bc of the horrible service and experience we had there. This manager had called the police on us and asked for us to be trespassed for no other reason then being black in this establishment. Her name is hope. She and her establishment displayed racist antics against us. I was there for an hour watching games politely minding my business before my friend arrived. Not issues. But being a black man in Buffalo Wild Wings in florence alabama that paid my tab, I was humiliated and completely treated unfairly. My constitutional rights were violated by the police when they arrived. I did nothing wrong comminted no crime ams told to identity myself give my social security number up or be arrested. So if you are back living in florence alabama think twice before going to Buffalo Wild wings.
