Arriving right at 5 pm (midweek for 2 people) was great timing. Parking was a breeze and the path to get in and to a table was people free. It was definitely worth the rush to try to miss the dinner crowd. Due to the limited number of customers at the time, service was surprisingly quick. As usual, the restaurant was clean and the various staff were polite and patient during the interactions I had/observed.The food was delicious! The chips and salsa arrived with a heap of chips made to be dipped with breaking and a nice bowl of thick, chunky salsa. It was much better than expected. The traditional wings were cooked well and had a nice amount of sauce. The orange chicken flavor is a favorite of mine and a great option for those not looking for something with a lower rating on the heat scale. My husband, a lover of trying different flavors and has no fear of spice/heat, ordered Nashville hot and ranked them as more mild than the orange chicken flavor I ordered. He also had a few with the spicy garlic flavor and liked them.Overall, it's a good place with great food, and friendly staff. We enjoy going occasionally but will try to visit when we can avoid the busiest hours during weekend lunch and any day during the dinner rush. (When leaving around 6, the dinner crowd was beginning to slowly arrive.)Parking: During the dinner rush parking can be a challenge. Driving the lot a couple times or parking behind the building is common during peak hours for dinner most any day and lunch on the weekends as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicap parking spots available. Getting into the restaurant and to a table may be a bit of a squeeze if visiting during the busy hours. The entrance to the building stays packed with people waiting for a table. Once through the herd of waiting customers, during those busy hours, the short hallway of sorts might be a little hectic still. Servers are busy rushing like ants to and from the kitchen, taking care of their tables. They handle it well though, flowing easily with the stream of people. After successfully traveling through those potentially busy areas, the pathways to the tables are very wide and easy to maneuver.Recently, my husband and I went for an earlier dinner midweek, arriving right at 5 pm. It was great. Parking was a breeze and the path to get in and to a table was people free. It was definitely worth the rush to try to miss the dinner crowd.

They changed the blazing wing sauce, it's a little hotter but to me has more of burnt taste.

Usually love the place. Not today! Took my daughter-in-law and granddaughter (2 yr old) to a late lunch there. Ordered a sampler platter for me and granddaughter, no jalapeños on nachos and honey barbecue wings. Told the waitress granddaughter would be eating them. Nachos full of jalapeños and we don't know what sauce was on wings, but it burnt our lips. Daughter-in-law had a chicken wrap with honey barbecue chicken, so we did have something to compare the wings with. Had to ask for napkins because none was given. Daughter-in-law sucking on ice waiting for a refill of drink. The table next to us had to have the waitress paged to pick up their ticket, I had to flag her down to pick up ours, too. The place was NOT busy!

The food was good. But my first impression was bad. A hostess x 2 with nose rings. SERIOUSLY FOLKS this place serves food, that's just nasty. You can't make believe that they don't pick their noses and then hand me a menu. Disgusting for any customer.

My fiance, myself and my teenaged son chose to dine in at Buffalo wild wings in Florence Alabama on Thursday October 12th 2023 for dinner around 5-ish. The food was okay but everything on the menu was at least slightly, if not very, overpriced. The total bill came to more than $106 before tip. There was a lot left to be desired as far as our waiting service was concerned. Our waitress, Jamie, gave absolutely no insight or help into the menu when asking about nutritional content or asking about any items that may be more suitable for my dietary restrictions. She typically seemed preoccupied and unconcerned to really stay long enough for us to get what we needed from her so we had to flag her down several times for any one item that we needed. She came off as standoffish and disconnected. She was not completely rude but she REALLY walked that fine line. She definitely felt like she did not care and like she couldn't wait to get away from our table. The Wisconsin fried cheese bites appetizer with Chipotle dipping sauce were delicious and was a larger portion than what I expected which made me more pleased with the cost of the menu item. My green chili bacon smashburger (with bun on side) was awesome. My side salad which I was upcharged a dollar for was minimalistic with only chopped iceberg lettuce, a few slices of tomatoes and bit of cheese- but at least there was cheese... My son seemed happy with his All-American Cheeseburger and his three chicken finger meal. Both were supposed to come with fries, but the chicken finger meal, which cost like $10.99, was very stingy on fries like the meal was snack-sized. Now while it is not Buffalo wild wings' fault that my fiance ordered the spiciest wing sauce they had on the menu, I feel that they should give a sample of the sauce before allowing a customer to commit to the order because they were so spicy that nobody at the table could enjoy them, including my fiance who loves to eat spicy food. My fiance did not like the bourbon BBQ hot wings (current promoted menu item) either. Someone else might like them but for us they were definitely heavily bourbon flavored to the point that it drowned out any other flavor. The ultimate appetizer tray was great with the exception of the boneless hot wings which again were so spicy that nobody could enjoy them. The tray also had mozzarella sticks of which both my fiance and son loved, ultimate loaded nachos which looked and smelled amazing and my fiance said they were good. So while we were disappointed by a few of the items that we had, the majority of the other foods were good if not great, but still paid more than I expected. But the main disappointment of our dining experience was our waitress who came off as very uncaring and like she did not want to be there at all.Vegetarian options: I have a black bean burger on the menu that sounds good. They have cauliflower hot wings, (which instead of chicken it's cauliflower). They have fries, potato wedges, onion rings, fried pickles, carrot sticks and celery sticks and salads. For vegetarians who do eat cheese, they also have mozzarella sticks and fried Wisconsin cheddar cheese bites.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately the waitress that we had was not helpful AT ALL with my dietary restrictions or suggesting anything that may be better options and the menu offers absolutely no insight into nutritional facts about any of the food.Parking: The parking lot was a decent-sized parking lot that wrapped almost entirely around the restaurant with plenty of parking spaces for even busy hours.
