Best barbgue ever! I was fortunate enough to have been raised in Florence, Al amd had Bunyan’s all through early life. Moved away from college on and when I return I usually go there before I get to my family’s home. Lol Seriously, many of my friends ask me to bring it back now when they learn I am going home for a visit. I’ve had other Barbque from many areas, but hands down Bunyan’s is also the best!

I got the rib plate with slaw and beans and it wasn’t very good, threw most of it away. The people were not very welcoming and the seating is outside where I got swarmed by flies.

Whenever I'm in the Florence area I go to Bunyan's, Everything from the slaw dog to the ribs are always great.I can't get this anywhere else.I tried some great BBQ from Fl. to Mi. and in between.In my humble opinion it's the best.

We drove from Northern Wisconsin JUST to get a couple slaw dogs and it was worth every single mile! Another stop on the list of places my husband loved to visit during his time in the South and was gracious enough to make sure I got to experience it, too!
