The quality of the food is really inconsistent. Depending on time of day, and I guess who's working, the food can be incredible (hot, fresh, accurate, plentiful, and delicious), or you can get stuck with a giant waste of money (food's cold, stale, poorly fulfilled (fries only half-filled, no toppings on Whopper, etc), no napkins, no sauces, inaccurate or missing items). You never know what you're going to get, but the real problem is it costs the same either way.

Placed a mobile order on my lunch break that said to pick up at 12:03, waited over 30 minutes and ended up having to go inside to remind them because they never brought the food out. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “fast” food restaurant.

I went before work, waited 40 minutes in drive through..from 2:41-3:21p time order was placed in janjy app to when I finally left and had to ask support to refund since I had to leave while still waiting for food. Told me they could only offer in app deal. Go to use it today, and store won't recognize in app credit and when I tried to use in app for pickup instead(their suggestion), it says items not available at this location...2 whoppers and 2 cokes..not available..at bk. Have it your way bk..I won't be a customer anymore. Fine. I quit.

The staff was nice, but the manager needs to hire people. Every time I go it's a 30+ minute wait. The inside is randomly closed. I've never gotten an order correct, either. People just leaving because it takes to long to give their order. If my son hadn't wanted it so bad, I would have left too. Bottom line: at 30 minutes plus, it's no longer fast food. Hire some staff, and treat them better. I shouldn't see some poor girl in the back working 4 jobs.
