The quality of the food is really inconsistent. Depending on time of day, and I guess who's working, the food can be incredible (hot, fresh, accurate, plentiful, and delicious), or you can get stuck with a giant waste of money (food's cold, stale, poorly fulfilled (fries only half-filled, no toppings on Whopper, etc), no napkins, no sauces, inaccurate or missing items).
You never know what you're going to get, but the real problem is it costs the same either...

Really counted Burger King out for past several months - lobby always closed and stores looking like American Horror Story fast-food ghost towns but today marked a comeback. Drive thru experience was really good!
