This branch is terrible. Today is the 2nd time this week I ordered a double whopper twice and received a single. I'm not a rich person but when I spend ten plus dollars on a burger and it's not right, it's nice if they actually answer the phone. It's not like the store was busy. I was the only customer at the time and the store manager waited on me in the drive thru. She also rung up and miscounted the change. She was never in attention to me and was distracted by the head set. Last time I waste my hard earned money and time.

Finally just pulled up to the speaker she says, “just a moment”… 10 minutes later she comes back on to tell us that she’s not taking anymore orders right now… It’s 11:30 AM on a Saturday morning. This is the worst Burger King I have ever gone to . Pulled up two minutes early for lunch and was told to come back. That is no big deal but when we did wait and pull back around a few minutes later nobody would take our order so we pulled off and went to the ldining room . It was locked. car went through so we tried again .Then we were told to"hold on " again not a big deal . We waited . About ten minutes later our order was taken with an attitude I should add them the food finally arrived at the window and it was terrible. I would not recommend this place if it were the only place to eat in Florence.
Parking: Plenty of parking due to the dining room being locked at all times
