Went in with my dad and he has a service dog that has to be with him to tell him about his sugar being low and the manager came out and told us we had to leave because the service dog was not welcomed in there restaurant and that we had to go. Tried to explain that she was certified and he had to have the dog and she didn’t not want to hear it. So we just left not happy with the fact that service dogs are supposed to be allowed in

I came to burger king not expecting greatness, but the usual mid experience where the food makes my stomach yearn for pepto bismol. But I was pleasantly surprised when my food was all fresh and the worker was nice and didn't seem like she hated her job. She even gave me extra zesty sauce. Everything in my order was correct.

Came into an empty dining room. At 130pm on a Sunday and waited to be served. The lady working at the drive thru saw us, but didn't even acknowledge us. One person in the kitchen. We left without being served at all. No wonder why this place is flailing. No wonder why no one comes here.

Went through the drive thru on a busy Friday night and ordered 3 Whopper meals. All three Whopper orders had very specific toppings requested. Even though the employees were exceptionally busy an also seemed to be shorthanded the staff remained pleasant and eager to assist us. I’m always a bit nervous though about unwrapping my Whopper with my families multiple tedious individual toppings requests. So not only was everyone’s Whopper perfectly topped they were also delicious. Kudos to all the Killen BK employees. This visit tonight was amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited our local BK because of multiple past experiences. Don’t know what they did to get it running so well but keep it up.

I have not been in awhile when the burgers were thrown together with the tomatoes and items missing there and maybe a half piece of tomato on the whoppers. Normally we went there twice a week. Today they were really good and I think the burgers were made right just like they use to be.
This place is very under staffed... always check your order from drive thru, never have they got my order correct the first time. If they don't have enough people, they lock the dine in so you have to go thru drive through again to get your order fixed. Food is usually pretty good though. Staff tries hard for what they have to work with.
