Ordered the lobster rolls. Should be called lobster salad. The family enjoyed the roll. I did not. Delicious cole slaw and green beans. I've had other fish here and it was delicious.

After spending $35 with a coupon. It took 35 min to get a part of our food and on top of that we had to continue to wait for one of our meals that wasn’t ready. And no sweet and sour. The corn was so hard we couldn’t eat it. The fries were old and cold. The fish was soggy. This was the worse experience we have had with captain ds.

The order was correct for the first time in a long time. The food looked appetizing. The problem was that it was so salty you couldn’t eat the fish or green beans. I really think they should have a better training for new hires. It seems as if they just toss them out front to run a register with no training.You would think all of captain D’s used the same recipe. This was the saltiest and waste of money I have spent there.

Ordered 2 piece fish and 2 piece chicken dinner. They gave me 1 very small piece of fish and one small chicken tender that looked like a shriveled up chicken nugget with about 8 small fries.I called and they got very smart and hateful. I paid 15 dollars for something that wouldn't even feed a small child. Do not go here.

I came the drive-thru on 07/21/24 and these two young men in the front were amazing. They got my order right the first time, apologized for any of the delays that happened, and make sure that the food was hot and fresh. This store has made a drastic turnaround and can’t wait to make future visits.

Stopped in for dinner, tbh hopes weren't high. We had the best meal there that we have experienced from this chain in years. All of the food was hot, cooked well and genuinely tasty. The clam strips were hot and tender.. I was pleasantly surprised. I really hope they keep it up.

I went inside and ordered seafood gumbo Togo I live 2 miles from the restaurant, so it didn't take long to get home, I opened my gumbo and it was dried up seafood flavored rice and the sticker on the lid said that it was made at 8 am and this was at around 8:45pm , so I tried calling the store but no one would answer,I checked to see if they were closed yet and they were not.
