I just want to take a minute and brag on the young man that was at the window last night, he was so polite and had a smile on his face the whole time, I know the atmosphere and I’m so impressed with him. After everything I said it was yes ma’am or no ma’am. All I have to say is great job young man. I believe his name is Ladrevon. Of course my food was great too! Nobody wants to do compliments anymore just complaints but this young man deserves some recognition!

It has been sometime since I've came to the D's for dinner. Probably 10 years or more. First I'll start with the D's crew, top notch!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!They handle there customers like no other!!my shock is the price! I got the 4 piece fish,coleslaw, fries... $11.39 plus drink $3.09 one would think drink would be included but it wasn't.Fish was great hot and fresh!!Fries were cold,coleslaw terrible, hushpuppies tolerable. Wife got a 2 piece fish, coleslaw and a bake potato. 2 piece $8.49 plus $1.00 for potato plus $3.09 for a drink. I can't see the logic in the prices. $30.00 is kinda over priced for fast food. Overall the fish was dynamite!! The sides not so much..I'm guessing the owner is living large,sending there kids to top schools an the wife probably drives a Lexus or Mercedes to a day spa lol either way I'll make better decisions about where I go for dinner.

Of course, this meal isn't my normal menu item since it was fried but they offered a new platter entree I wanted to try once and share. There was so much food and it was piping hot and delicious. I tried it again on a $5.99 food item later and the fries were dry and the fish probably had been sitting a while.

I tried Captain D'S for the first time today and had my best fast-food experience I can remember. I wish that I had gotten any of the three ladies names who were working to give them recognition, especially the young lady working the drive thru.

The lady was very nice,but the food was not good at all! My shrimp was hard and very chewy and the fish was ok on 1 plate but the other was nasty and dried up. And the rice under the 1 good fish was hard, like was eating raw rice!

Wow I don't know where to start worst experience ever firstly I want to say the wait was horrible when I pulled in there were only 5 cars 3 pulled of and that left me and another car still my food was cold in yet not taking completely along with driving an hr out and had to turn around because my order was wrong with not one condiment to eat with no napkins or dipping sauce after asking upon request .. mean while I called and was told I could get a refund when I got there . I got there was told I couldn't from Tasha ! I'm pregnant I left with cold food in was approached by an employee asking for a lighter because the job was getting on her nerves out of all this still no food no refund but employees walking up to my car knocking on my window for lighters and got mad because I said I don't smoke and not only my food was wrong ! Listen never again!

We couldn’t hear the person taking our order and when we got to the window we told her that and she said yeah can’t hear took our money gave us our food and turned her back to the window. We didn’t get any napkins or condiments nor where we ask if we needed anything. Our receipt says Christina . The only thing that was hot in our food was the salty fries. We have experience rudeness from this Captain D’s several times.

The last couple of times we have been to Captain D's in Florence Alabama, the green beans have been so salty can't even hardly eat them , the drink was flat , I ask the server for a cup of ice because the ice was out in the dinning room and she never got it for me and I waited up at the counter about 8 minutes and she just let me stand there so I went and set back down, so I went back up there and finally asked the other lady to get me some ice and she did, we enjoy Captain D's,but we want out food to me good and the service to be good
