Order wasn’t correct, spent 30 minutes in drive thru and the cups weren’t cleaned off on the bottom which lead to my car needing to be cleaned. Manager had no response for this.

The bathroom atmosphere is horrible. Packed building and the men's bathroom has only one stale and one urinal. Took forever to get in the bathroom. As busy as this place is you need at least two of both. One handicap stale and one normal. If everyone is using it because it's the only on. It shows how inconsiderate the general manager or owners are of disabled people and how hard they already have a tougher life to deal with. They should not have to deal with fighting for a stale or children needing to go too. Not to mention, the line to the bathroom was way outside near the ordering counter. Narrow hallway for women to squeeze by the line for mens so they can get in. This poor layout is a disaster all around. Do better chick-fil-a!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no place for the handicap in bathrooms. One stale is for everyone to use so good luck fighting off the non disabled to get in line.
