This is the worst and slowest cfa I have ever been to and TRUST I’ve been to many. They take 30+ min no matter how long the line is and still have managed to get my order wrong or just plain out miss meals/items. I only write a review if it happens more than 3 times and the 5th time might’ve been last night. I’d rather not eat cfa anymore than have to come back to this one. Luv u , bye.

Whoever is making sandwiches today at 11:30am is doing a great job! I probably got the best sandwich ever and it was even wrapped so I didn’t have to get my hands dirty when holding it. I got a delux.

Chick fil a has changed their ice. I don't know why and I won't be back. The service was really slow. They'll ask you for your order/name then ignore you. The drink carrier was dirty. I'm I took pictures of the new ice they serve.

I have been coming here for 18 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience or bad food...until tonight. It was 30 minutes before closing, I ordered a #1 and a large Mac n cheese. Got up to pay and they were out of Mac- no biggie didn't NEED it, lol. I'm driving home and I keep thinking I'm smelling a burnt smell, and it turns out it was the waffle fries. They were black around the edges, crunchy, and super greasy, just inedible. My guess is they sat too long in the fryer or they didnt change the oil. The kids working there were super nice as always, but there is no way they didn't see and smell those. The chicken was a bit greasy too. Totally bummed.

I usually have a good experience here but today was different. I had to wait for someone to bring the order to my car because it took too long in line which is understandable, but they never came to my car. I had to go in and wait around 20 minutes to finally get someone to help. The way y’all go about orders needs to be a lot more organized or you’re just wasting peoples time.
