Margarita at the front taking orders is one of the most off putting and rude service employees I’ve ever had an encounter with. Does not enunciate and I have trouble hearing so she more or less mocked me when I asked her to repeat herself… told her my name and she just put the letter “F” which led to further confusion when the food arrived… if Margarita is working just walk out and find another location..

I gave the service 5 stars because the girl taking my order in the left lane was so very sweet but she could barely help us like she wanted too because her coworker was very aggressive. I get wanting to train someone to make sure they have the skills down packed but this woman in the right lane drive thru was completely unnecessary. She spoke to the girl taking my order (Kylie) I believe was the sweet girls name, as if she was lesser than and I did not appreciate that kind of behavior. It disturbed me so much that I immediately started writing this as I was was receiving my food in the drive thru.

30 minute wait in drive thru for mobile order then told to pull around to the front and wait some more. Many employees just standing around twiddling thumbs. This is becoming the norm to be made to pull around. Happens more times than not and we don't frequent Chick-fil-a.

I’ve been living in Europe for over a decade and I thought the chicken sandwich was too salty. It could just be because they use so little salt in Europe especially in the UK where I live now. After adding some mayo to the sandwich it was much bettter balanced.

This is the worst and slowest cfa I have ever been to and TRUST I’ve been to many. They take 30+ min no matter how long the line is and still have managed to get my order wrong or just plain out miss meals/items. I only write a review if it happens more than 3 times and the 5th time might’ve been last night. I’d rather not eat cfa anymore than have to come back to this one. Luv u , bye.
