Alongside that the chips were stale, the queso tasted like it came from a concession stand, and they loaded up on rice as filler.
For a much better and cheaper meal, drive 5 minutes down the road to Blue Coast Burrito.

I was so excited when we got a Chipotle’s in Florence, AL, but now I’m so disappointed in the quality and taste of the food! It’s consistently bad! I absolutely love Chipotle’s else where and get it often while in Texas. It’s always delicious there! I do not understand why the cooks & staff were not trained properly so people could enjoy Chipotle’s in Florence, AL. Even the chips and cheese are bad!

They have a sign on the door that said “due to outage we are not serving chicken, Al pastor chicken, and steak” 1st of all.. every damn restaurant in the city has chicken and steak.. so WTF. Second of all this location is single handedly ruined my favorite restaurant so thank you so much Florence chipotle now I’m hangry and evil.
I love chipotle but this location is the only place where the food is bad, chicken is too salty something is wrong for realll smh hope they can fix it maybe because it’s a new restaurant to Florence who knows

When I asked for the lettuce they could do that and they had already made this one . So I had to buy a cup of lettuce for $2 the one I wanted I’m not impressed the Spinach tastes dirty like they didn’t wash it for $22 for a salad and extra lettuce and chips and a drink for somthing that’s not what u wanted and to spicy that is rediculis Cheese dip was nasty not there normal cheese dip it was way to hot also
