I went there the other day and got food and I’ve never had this problem with them. I got home and started to eat and it was cold and I couldn’t eat it I had to throw it away. I’ve tried to use the app or call to get it fixed and no one will message me back bout it at all to fix it. This is the second time actually this has happened.

Idk why I keep coming here. No one that works here wants to work here. A few months ago when I was pregnant, my husband came to get me a burrito at like 9:45 pm and they acted like he was asking them to move the Earth. Just don’t be open until 11 pm if you’re shutting things down over an hour before close? I just got a to-go burrito and they were so unfriendly and the burrito had salsa and sauce all over the outside. Begging y’all to at least pretend you’re interacting with human beings.

Me and my friends went to get some food at around 9:50pm, which they advertise being open until 11pm. But when we got there they had already started putting up most of the food. We asked if they were still open, which they said “Kind of.. yes we’re open until 11”. When I asked if I could get a burrito, the girl working was so rude and had a terrible look on her face when she said they couldn’t make any. Absolutely disappointed with the terrible service and rude employee, especially when it’s because you’re being asked to do the job you’re paid to do an hour before close. 👎🏻

I had chips with my meal and they were kinda stale.i ate inside and I started to choke on a chip that was hard and for a sec and i started hitting my chest to swallow the food and even the person beside me started hitting my back bc it was that serious. Anyway I like the food but they could keep chips fresh at least. Also inside is kinda dirty near drink station. I still like chipotle though
The service is always great, but sometime the food seems old or cold. Nothing on the staffs part it seems like they’re working hard and their attitude is always great. But I’ve experienced the lack of air conditioning their and the food seeming to be not very fresh

I ate this chipotle to go while in Florence for work. I ate the bowl within 20 minutes of when it was ordered. I have never had rice and beans so cold. I have never had chipotle chicken so SALTY. I eat chipotle often. I know what it’s supposed to taste like.
