Could have gone to any restaurant in Florence, I chose here cause it's been forever since I had eaten at a cicis and I was thinking they have a really good salad bar, well, not this one. It was terrible. Very sparsely stocked, the lettuce & vegetables were literally wilted. The ranch dressing was so watered down it was like water. They had very few pizzas out and the ones that were out, clearly had been sitting out for a long while. They were terrible. The employees were very nice I had a girl make a supreme pizza fresh and put it out. The place was hot as outside. They need to get their air fixed and put out some fresh better quality food. Thankful I didn't get sick. Someone could get sick from that. I would not come here again or recommend anyone to.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've given this location a chance in the past few years. It never gets better. Salad bar was grotesque (didn't dare try it), and the pizza selection was awful and undercooked. There was a very odd chemical taste in the bread of the pizza and sticks, so after icky a bite or two, we decided not to finish any of it. To top it off, the AC was out, and their solution of propping open the exit door and back delivery door had flies everywhere. I've come to learn it's been shut down as of a few days ago, and I'm surprised it hasn't been sooner. I'd much rather pay a higher price for quality food than ever try CiCi's again regardless of location.

Wow. This place smelled like a turtle tank shortly after walking by the salad bar. Flies everywhere. No real cleaning going on. I'm glad we used a coupon, or I'd have been even more bothered. Zero amount of cleanliness. Do yourself a favor... don't look at the grime on the back of the white seats. I didn't eat the salad bar items as I feared I would've gotten ill from the lettuce. Shouldn't be charging for fountain drinks when the machine is both out of ice and only has 3 other flavors. Food score of 89 and you can see why. Dirty tables, floor, chairs, etc. I will say staff seemed to keep up with pizza offerings and was able to get a requested one made. It just would've been nice to enjoy eating with my elderly mother in a cleaner environment.

There was no AC. Back door wide open with a fan in it, though this is where the bathrooms and kids arcade games are. Complained about ONE tball/softball team coming in and barely kept enough pizza. Salad was warm. They had no Coke, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, and the tea tasted like water. They also closed half the seating area to keep people out of all booths. Just close if this is the kind of service you give continuously. Health score 89 as of 5/1/25.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. The pizza was nasty. The area was nasty. Not one single worker washed their hands since my family and I walked in the door. One worker picked up trash OFF THE GROUND then proceeded to push tea bags down in the tea with the same hand. Another worker went from handling cash at the register straight to making pizza with the same unwashed hands. Disgusting. Never again will I come to this place. A complete waste of money. Do better.

gave me a spinach pizza after i asked for a simple cheese pizza, when i called and went in to get the right pizza they claimed the manager had looked on the cameras and saw me open the boxes, the only box i opened was my cheese bread and they told me i should’ve brought back the spinach pizza after it had already been at my house. would not recommend also saw bugs in bathroom, under chairs and under the bar where they keep the pizzas. would not recommend eating here, very nasty and has been for as long as it’s been in florence. disgusting.

Staff was on the phone the entire time while placing my order, I ordered lemon pepper wings and had to wait and go ask about them staff said she couldn't find the lemon pepper then said her manager was in the restroom for 30 minutes and informed her they were out ..... Flies in the environment and the facility was dirty.
Rude manager workers are lazy. They never can keep up with demand. Short staffed. Dirty floors and bathrooms. Dirty tables. Bugs on the floor.

The pizza was disgusting. It was cold like it had been sitting out since lunch and there was flies around it. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept since yesterday. The soda fountain was completely broken and it smelled like feet. The tables and chairs were nasty. The cashier was high and gave us the buffet without asking. Had five people and no one was satisfied. Worst 47 dollars ever spent. I will never be backand I will tell others not to come either. I wanted to ask for my money back was I was scared too because of how scary the employees were. I am contacting the local health department about this asap for a follow up.

I used to love coming here, but I haven't had a good experience here the last few times I've eaten here. This place is short staffed, and the register takes a back burner because of it, so it may be a good while before you're even able to order your buffet meal and drink. Also, their drink machine hasn't been working, so they give you canned drinks instead. It's tough to get refills that way, particularly when they don't keep someone up at the register to cater to that kind of need. Also, because they're short staffed, the variety of pizzas and other items to choose from may or may not be so widespread. The cleanliness of this restaurant isn't bad, but it could also be improved. As much as I love Cici's Pizza, I'm not sure when or if I'll be back to eat here again.
