Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I normally never have a bad experience with this location, but last night was very disappointing. They immediately sat us and took our drink and food orders, so that was great. We then proceeded to wait for our food for an hour! They weren't even that busy, so it was really odd. When we did finally get our food only one of our plates were hot. Everyone else food was very cold. Hopefully when we go back at some point it will be better, but we won't be going back anytime soon.

Don't like the fact you have to pay up charge for subtuit if you don't like eggs with the combos they offer on pancakes.

This was just completely terrible. Take a look at my grandma pancake sampler. Here are two different plates of it. Also the bacon egg hash brown casserole. No fried onions, no tomatoes, no green onions, just a mixture of slopped together runny egg and bacon. I’m very disappointed in Florence, AL Cracker Barrel. The cooks should be ashamed and should be fired or at least reprimanded. I definitely deserve a refund. I called and complained but I’m suppose to waist my time and gas driving all the way back and wouldn’t get refund only would make it again. Ridiculous!

Was serviced burnt meatloaf, very dry. Costed 20 dollars a person. Florence Alabama restaurant was unfriendly. The on duty manager did not try to solve any issues.

Love Love Love Cracker-barrel! Always look forward to going at least once er week! Love the surroundings, the regulars we see there and even get to treat ourselves to something extra in the retail area before we leave.

Waitress was great but took entirely to long to get food that wasn’t worth waiting 45 minutes for.

Food not like it was years ago, so-so.The wife and I ate at Florence Alabama Cracker Barrel today Friday-Sept.6 around 2 pm. The server was nice, just doing her job, but the silverware comes out in a brown sack and nasty food all over like it had not been washed,if that were,nt enough the food was,nt property cooked, the bread was cold.If CB does,nt start hiring good managers and cooks they won,t make it much longer.CB is going down from top management to local mgr.s . The CB once was almost as good as homemade, they better wake up !! P.S.- And whoever came up with the idea to serve beer should be ran off , people went to CB for homestyle meals not alcoholic beverages, it was a family restaurant.

Great place, good food usually. 2 waitresses need a new job. You don't tell the customer that what they ordered was a little weird. Got the meatloaf with mac and taters. I said no gravy but a side of ranch and she said " Weird choice" I said but that's what I want, have you ever tried it? Not her plate. It was mine

Try to get a large ice tea in a to-go cup at this restaurant is impossible. I have been told they don’t offer them. It surprised me because the other three Cracker Barrel restaurants in Alabama I have visited this month has them.
