We enjoyed our Fish Fry lunch at Cracker Barrel. The wait was short, the service from Erica was friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Looking forward to returning soon.

The last time my husband and I ate there the food was not up to par. My husband's porkchops were so overcooked they were barely edible. That was probably a year ago. I decided to try again and ordered curbside pickup. The dressing was horrible. The mashed potatoes were so dry I couldn't eat them. I was charged for some sort of eat later meal that I didn't order. I'm done. Priced are high and he food is awful

Ordered an online pick up and it was ready on time and was hot. However, I ordered chocolate cake and it was not fresh and moist. The outside was so hard I could not cut it with plastic silverware.

I was grateful that they comped this meal, because I definitely wasn't paying for it. It took a bit for us to get our order put in, and I noticed most of the staff either stood around talking or started dusting the whole dining area while people were sitting there waiting for service. My wife ordered a breakfast platter that came with either French toast or pancakes. My wife hates French toast, so she ordered the pancakes. When the order finally came out after about 45 minutes, they handed her French toast. We told the woman who brought it out that she ordered the pancakes, and she had the audacity to ask if she just wanted the French toast or if she wanted the pancakes. We just told you! I ordered the fried chicken and I'm figuring the oil was dirty, because it tasted like it. Plus, my wife had what looked like either chest or pubic hair in her food, which just topped it all off. As I told the manager, I'm probably done with Cracker Barrel. I grew up on it, and it was always good up until the time COVID hit. Since then, I think they've tried to reinvent the wheel, and it's flopping like a shored fish. What happened to taking an order and then bringing some biscuits or cornbread to munch on? You used to get something to tide you over until your food arrived, but that seems to be a vintage thought from a bygone era. This is the second time this place has been awful, but I've had similar matters happen at pretty much every other CB I've been to since COVID.

I’ve been here several times. Normally service, food, and atmosphere are 5 star all the way around however this last visit service was great, food was ok (possibly because they were so busy but idk I think management had a lot to do with the downfall) atmosphere was great until….. the young redhaired manager showed up and opened her mouth. She really ruined the whole atmosphere of the place! She is rude and demeaning towards employees which makes them sour (and they don’t even know it) when they come out to the tables. I watched first hand this particular manager get onto a busboy and then onto several servers and then when my server came back to my table the light and bubbly mood was gone even though my server was trying to hide the change I read it on my server’s face. Cracker Barrel your management can break our staff or make your staff, which can make ore break your atmosphere; which in turn will make a great location an avoided location! Fix this please we would like to continue coming and enjoying.

Did the Easter dinner pick up. Waited about 15-20 minutes. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Will do this again!Parking: Pick up is directly in front of the store. Check in is easy and you stay in the car.
