This place was five stars when it first opened but over the last year or so not so much. They forgot to put cheese on my burger and when I took it back to the counter , they were going to hand me a piece of cold cheese to put on it. I told them I would just eat it like it was, didn't want cheese on my burger not melted. I told the lady that tried to hand me the cheese the burger wasn't good without cheese as I was leaving and all she said was oh sorry. I've gone out of my way to get custard.l there looking at their website to see what the flavor of the day was only to find the florence store was doing something different that day. I used to go by a lot and get the flavor of the day custard but they suck at making it. Usually it's not made the way it's suppose to be. 2 different times was so bad I reached out to the company and never heard anything from them. Poor customer service like that will lose my business in a heartbeat. I used to be a loyal customer who would recommend culvers to everyone. Not now

The food may be a little on the expensive side, but it is definitely worth it compared to other fast food restaurants with a similar menu. Everyone was extremely friendly and smiling, and everything in my order was correct.

They were really busy but everything was great! The cashier was very nice. The food was fresh and delicious and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
Place is chaos. Employees running around lost. I'm a delivery driver and had to wait forever. Then the employee puts it on the rack. I grabbed it and he jumped on me and pointed at the sign. My car smelled terrible. The grease smelled old like they hadn't changed it. Every time I go in there it's chaotic and not organized. I will decline every order in the future from this place. Terrible customer service

I have only been to Culvers 4 times, but I am totally impressed. I will be back many more times. The food is prepared fresh and it's seasoned very well. The staff is awesome and the facility is always super clean.
