After my order was ready, I pulled up to the window and waited 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I went in and then still got ignored by the girl at the window. I told her I had been waiting at the window for 10 minutes and came in to get it. She acted like she didn’t care and went to the window to get the order of the people behind me. She continued to ignore until the cook who couldn’t leave her station asked her about it. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible excuse for customer service.

I ordered online it said it would be about 31 to 41 minutes which was great bc I was leaving work in muscle shoals!! I got there walked in they said hello but never actually came to the counter there were 4 other customers well after about 20 minutes and another customer walked in the lady came to counter asked for my phone number and then goes to state the food wasn't ready and i asked how long the lady standing by the ovens said probably 2 hours!!! 2 hours!! Nope sorry I already waited the slotted time the website said and uou just let me stand there even longer before letting me know anything and I was ready to get home!! Now they should've said something when I came into door

We always order on the app.We drive from Killen to Darby Drive Domino’s in Florence,AL. & by the time to get there it’s ready.We always get the 3 or 4 pizzas for $9 each. It’s always the best! Thin,crispy & square cut with xtra cheese, xtra pepperoni,xtra Italian sausage, onions & green peppers is our way!The best place we’ve ever ate pizza,The Best!

Called the store after we received a pizza that was disgusting. It was barely cut, under cooked and tasted rancid. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded higher than a kite and proceeded to tell me that all he could do is give me a coupon. I asked for a refund considering I spent my own money ordering a pizza. I heard the manager yapping her trap in the background about “I ain’t giving a refund” Safe to say I won’t be back.
