The delivery drivers do not follow the instructions given by the customer. He walked up and opened our door when the instructions clearly said to LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR. He then had an excuse that he wasn’t told. He stood in our doorway as our dogs ran out. Maybe opening people’s doors with out knocking was a bad idea.

I ordered 2 pizzas and ordered half of a pizza without tomatoes. The gentlemen made it wrong and scrape the tomatoes to the other side of the pizza along with the chicken also. It was a complete mess. I am highly allergic to tomatoes. Brought it to the managers attention and she offered to make another pizza but I had already been waiting for 20 min for them to finish my ordered. I told her that that was unacceptable and she copped an attitude so I asked for her to just refund my money that I would eat somewhere else. She gave me no receipt for the return of my order. I just hope that it get credited back to me as she was very short and pissed off because I asked for my money back. I opened up the pizza to look at it and saw what they had done. This was a complete mess. I would have been embarrassed to serve a pizza like that.
First and foremost, I prefer Domino's among the 4 top national chains. The Darby Dr. Florence, AL location used to be consistently good, occasionally great. Not sure what happened, but order accuracy, food quality, customer service - it's all in the dumpster now. Even when this is the most convenient location adjacent to where we are in town, I will drive out of my way to another Domino's store vs. giving this one my business again.
Gotta be a store management issue!

Took my order over the phone of 6 pizzas 2 orders of large wings 2 orders of brownies , then called and said I was out of range only 9mins away at Wilson Lock Damn Plus I added a $20 tip to the order total was $180 Florence AL location
