When we asked the waitress a question she shrugged her shoulders and said idk….in my opinion very unprofessional and especially when it was a simple question. If you are a server you should know everything about the menu and all the loops and answers, and if you don’t…then you go and ask not just stand there and look like a deer in headlights. This is the second time we’ve had something like this happen when we’ve come here. It will be the last time we ever come here.

Wow. This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive plus the food is delicious. I have had the barbacoa as well as quesadilla, beans and rice, and choriqueso dip. The sauce served with barbacoa is so good that I poured it over everything.

Now I know some of you are particularly interested in Hispanic food in the south but when I say this place has some of the best Hispanic food in the northwest Alabama area.

Mo gave us excellent service, and the food was great. 100 percent would visit again.
The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the music was louder than my thoughts. I could not hold a conversation with my partner because I could not even hear them over the music.
I don’t know how we haven’t heard about this amazing place until just now! I love Mexican, but I find many of the restaurants around here pile on the fixings but the base of the dish is a miss, or it’s too greasy.
Not here. The service was flawless, the staff so nice, and the vibe comes off modern and a little chainy but I love it. We went on a Sunday evening and it was so quiet, but our waitress did say they are packed usually from Friday to Sunday night. Our service was quick.
I got the barbacoa (birria) and beef tongue authentic style. Changed my world, chef’s kisses* I love birria. And I could shamelessly drink that consomé with a straw. I also got the grilled fish Baja style and it had a nice kick!
That choriqueso has forever replaced any other cheese dip for me.
If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out. And if you’re a taco lover and you haven’t eaten here, please tunnel out from under that rock and, don’t walk, RUN!

I haven’t had food this good in a long time. The Birria tacos are a MUST!! If you come here and don’t order the Birria tacos, you’re ordering wrong. I don’t like corn tortillas but theirs were fresh, homemade, and so good. It was so fantastic and definitely a new favorite place to eat!!
