Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place. I love the Holiday Cookie with sprinkles. I always love anything with hot mocha. The employees there always go out of their way to talk to you and make you feel like your business is wanted there.

Ive tried this place twice now bc the 1st time was horrid due to a very rude employee which the manager handled quickly when I spoke to him. Granted the employees were alot nicer this time but the coffee just wasn't to my taste so I won't be returning.

The employees is what makes this place great. As someone who is overall pretty cynical, antisocial and doesn’t enjoy talking to others, by God, they’ve managed to make me enjoy talking to them lol. I’ve been going here daily for over a year now and my regular baristas are beyond kind and friendly. They always make the best drinks too. Admittedly the drinks are sometimes off when they’re made by someone else, but for the most part they’re good.
I’ll never go back to Starbucks again. Luckily this place is closer, and their drinks and service is way better.

We have been to several locations around Nashville TN, Clarksville TN, Huntsville, Alabama and Decatur Alabama but our crew in Florence works hard. They are always on point and work their tail off with getting the drinks out even with a long line!! Much props to them all!!
