Been coming here for years. Good dine in and to-go experiences. Lunch specials are great size plates mostly less than $10! Often take a plate takeout and eat it as 2 meals. Good flavor rice, always soft.
The food and service are above par. The atmosphere is great as the staff seem glad you’ve chosen to patronize the restaurant, the dinning area is well lit and the decor is bright. No cushions on the booths might be a negative for some, however for me this is great, (as the cushions in the restaurants in town, range from: This will do - to a sink hole that will swallow a full grown adult)

The service is great. The food is okay. I order shrimp enchiladas, I was kinda disappointed that it didn't come with rice and beans, and that it was just shrimp rolled in a corn tortilla topped with 2 sauces. Would have been better if there was cheese or something in with the shrimp.
