While I didn't give a great review I will say that we come here regularly. The egg drop soup is the best I have tried in the Florance area. The always have the same things in the buffet and it is fresh most of the time. Thet do have a small hibachi offering. They clear the table often and the staff is friendly.
Had time for a quick lunch in between appointments so thought a buffet would be a good choice for the amount of time I had. Evergreen was close to my next place I needed to go so decided to give them a try. Had quite a variety of foods for the amount of buffet space so that was impressive. Some of the foods I got was good, some great, some I didn't care for. Don't know if they had lemon or not, asked for it for the tea I ordered but didn't get any. I thought...
Best Chinese buffet in the Shoals area. Great tasting food with plenty of choices. Also great service. Anything from sushi, chicken, pork, steak, crawfish, seafood, fish, to pasta or salad
