The servers are unattended you have to keep asking for things over and over again they only bring out one thing at a time instead of trying to bring out two or three things at a time.

Food was great, service was terrible. The girl with the pink streaks in her hair was probably the worst server I’ve ever had. Walking round the floor vaping and texting. Never asked how the food was, never refilled the water until she finally came before we were asked if we wanted the checks. The other servers seemed to be working with their tables as they should. 100% disappointed and most likely will not suggest or return.

Every single time I order take out i get either sour or molded salsa which tells me you people aren't rotating your food correctly or you're over making it and not throwing it away after the spoil date. Absolutely ridiculous!

I waited over a hour for my food to come out and my server was drunk, and spilt another tables alcohol on our table and didn’t clean it up and they brought us the wrong food and didn’t want to remake it

I go out to eat all the time and I enjoyed my experience. Our server was very nice and friendly. The food was very good too thank you.
I went to fiesta to grab some lunch on my lunch break. I was seated immediately and I had chips, salsa and my drink within 5 minutes of arriving. I ordered the fajita taco salad which was sooo fresh when I got it that I had to wait for it to cool down. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Really nice staff also.

The chips were stale.Server never returned with more salsa or refills. I had a combo platter with taco,Enchilada and Tamale. The taco was just okay. The Enchilada and Tamale were barely warm,the sauce was awful and tasted like warmed ketchup.
There was a big,long table of young people,drinking beside us. They were SO LOUD,we could not hear one another talking and had to text! Management should have asked them to turn it down! I don't live in the area,but if I did,I would never step foot on their STICKY floors ( and tables) again.

Atmosphere got 5 stars solely because we were the only ones eating. Request of no cheese (dairy allergies) on a single burrito had to be returned 3 times. Every time a "new" burrito was brought to the table it was on the same plate that still had the same cheese stuck to it. The back talk and complete lack of effort by the staff for the only 4 people dining should warrant retraining.

Staff is disrespectful, there’s one customer in the restaurant yet a two item order is still not done yet. Staff is literally on their phones. Not to mention the very rude sign denying people who aren’t customers use of their restrooms, most people who aren’t customers won’t come in to use the restroom at a restaurant anyway so as a customer it just comes off as rude and genuine makes me feel like I’d rather take my business elsewhere
