Cat was an amazing server she greeted my family with such a welcoming smile and courteous tone we felt like we were in a five star restaurant, took our orders in a timely manner and brought the food just as quick! Absolutely the best experience I’ve had to date, we also got to meet the Manager, Alexa, she made sure the experience was perfect from start to finish and because of that we drove recurring customers 5🌟

Fiesta Mexicana on Cloverdale Rd in Petersville is my go-to in town. I love this place! The food is excellent, the staff are all so great, and the atmosphere is relaxed & inviting. You can't find better Mexican cuisine anywhere in the Shoals (and their Buffalo Wings are great too!)

I have ordered three different times online. And all three times they leave our sides off our order. The last time I called and made them aware of it. We'll this time I even added a little note to not forget the sides. Well the husband checked his plate before he left and yet again no sides. Well the manager blamed so.eone else as usual. But again she fell to check all plates in the order. Cause the other plate was missing sides also. When I call to ask about it. She puts the blame on the girl putting the order together. But you the manager failed to check the other plates when you was fixing a messed up plate on the order. And yet all they can say is I'm sorry. I bet you are.

I got the steak taquitos and the only way it could be worse was if they were gone. The shell was dry and hard and the steak was bland and tough. I’ve tried this restaurant multiple times with multiple dishes and all trash. You couldn’t pay me to go back

Placed a to go order for cheese dip & salsa & got home to discover the salsa had MOLD in it. Immediately called back & the manager apologized, took my name and # and said he would replace my order in full next visit. I called to pick up my replacement order & they refused to replace it stating that I did not speak with a manager, no name or # was written down & wanted to know how their salsa possibly had mold in it. Super rude staff. After arguing for 15 minutes FINALLY replaced a salsa & told me I’d have to buy my cheese dip if I had the $. lol. Do not recommend anyone giving this place business.

I literally just made an order at 8:27 for us to go for a taco salad fajita chicken with everything. I called them five minutes ago and asked them what the total was again to make sure it was right and if it was ready because she told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. Manji they took mine first and last name down when I made the order well, of course they didn’t have my order didn’t have anything made for me and nothing was ready while she explained to me that food wasn’t made when you order it which I understand because I like warm and fresh food, but that is absolutely ridiculous when I’ve already called them twice and now they don’t even have my order. I am so upset, I don’t know what is wrong with this fiesta Mexicana I don’t understand why someone that doesn’t even write them down or can’t remember them or just doesn’t turn them into the kitchen. I’m just literally fuming because all I wanted was some Mexican food and didn’t want Taco Bell because I wanted real authentic. Are the best next to authentic I could get around here very upset. Terrible customer service..

I’ve given this place two chances and both times the service was horrible. Also, the food ranged from just okay to down right gross. Not gonna be returning. Sucks because this place is close to home and our favorite is 20 minutes away. Oh well.
Chips were stale. Taco salad was awful. Cheese sauce was lie soup. This restaurant has been here a long time and I've been eating here for 25 years at least. Convenient from where I live and reasonable prices. Their food quality has been getting worse last few times I've been here. I WIll NOT eat here again!

The last 15 times I've called this restaurant I don't get an answer, I get hung up on, or I get put on hold indefinitely. I'm tired of having to drive to seven points to get an order to go. If you can't do something as simple as answer the phone to take an order one single time in a month then I dont trust what happens in the kitchen.

You have got to be kidding me. I went in and asked for a guacamole salad. The man said $10.93. When the woman brought it out to me I was surprised and asked if that was my salad. She said yes. I got to my office and found I had a cup of guacamole and chips.

At first I thought that their portions got smaller and their prices went higher, but now I just think they gave us slightly wrong food? The nachos portions were a LOT smaller than I’m used to from here, and the beef was topped randomly with tomato’s even though the chicken didn’t have them and the menu doesn’t say it’s included. Both nachos were also with flour tortillas which we didn’t ask for and weren’t expecting. They were chewy when I came to pick them up within 15 minutes of ordering. I still can’t figure out why our food was $40.
