This was our first visit, and won't be our last. Our other favorite hibachi restaurant in town hasn't been great the last couple visits, so we decided to try Ichiban.

We both got hibachi combos (filet/shrimp & filet/chicken) with soup and salad. Everything was great! The filet was the best I've ever had. So tender.

Our chef was great and fun to watch.

Hubby said sweet tea was excellent.

Yummy food. Ordered from them.

However, please label the rolls and don't pack two into same package for delivery. Some look similar and it's sometimes hard to tell which is which, and another person may not be eating the same rolls. It would be best to put them in separate containers and label them.

Flavourful food and excellent service provided by Gavin. It was so good we left a hefty tip. We had hibachi for lunch, I had mine with rice and the youngen chose noodles...and man I wish I chose the noodles they were outstanding!!

The only negative thing I can point out is they could use new chairs around the hibachi tables.. however, the prices of the food made it easy to overlook 😀

My husband and I come here often and are never disappointed. Their ginger dressing is incredible and their specialty rolls are delicious. We've tried a ton of them and the Christmas roll and Six Flags roll are my favorites. Hibachi is also fun and tasty.

I ordered fairly close to closing time but you wouldn't be able to tell. Sometimes the service and food quality is poor at closing time but not at this place. Hats off to the chef, food was cooked perfectly. A big shout out to the manager for establishing and enforcing a friendly welcoming atmosphere. There were also 2 gentlemen that were mopping the floors and they made sure I was aware of where they had just mopped to ensure my safety. Lots of restaurants in Florence could learn these people. I will be back!

Santos is always my man. He interacts with everyone and is fun. Habatchi is the ONLY way to go... Jinjer dressing is my jam!!!! Gavin is the waiter I want everytime. He is polite, great personality and right on time with all things . They made my daughters birthday extra special!!!
