I recommend everything!! But if you get an opportunity to try the coconut pie(you can order straight from the website 😌). It tastes like heaven. Every bite, Better than the last. The zucchini bread is exceptional. The best sweet bread I ever had literally !!! I can’t say enough about how delicious the food is !!!
Jack’s Place is truly one of a kind. Every visit feels like a treat, thanks to the warm, welcoming staff who make you feel right at home. The food? Absolutely phenomenal! With a menu packed with delicious options and the occasional surprise special that takes things up a notch, there’s always something to love. The desserts are clearly crafted with passion, and the drinks are mixed to perfection, with every detail considered. The anticipation is half the fun, but the results are always worth the wait. Jack’s Place isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience.
My first experience was good (a call in order) but my most recent was disappointing. We ordered burgers with grilled onions, specifically to get hot burgers. We got luke-warm burgers, with grilled onions added. It was like the burgers were sitting and they just grilled some onion and put hot onions on a Luke warm burger. Who does that? Really? You couldn't just make fresh burgers? I think this will be my last trip to Killen Jacks.

I’ve posted before about how much I enjoy Jack’s breakfast selections. Their biscuits are absolutely one of the best breakfast sandwiches around with Hardees breakfast biscuits being neck and neck for flavor and ability to satisfy. I headed to the Jack’s on 72 in Florence, across from the rising crust, to get breakfast biscuits at the request of my lovely wife. She absolutely loves the sausage egg and cheese biscuits with a side of sausage gravy. I honestly thought they were known for serving breakfast all day. Turns out I was dead wrong, as the team informed me when I ordered at the drive through. Disappointed, but determined not to return home empty handed, I asked what they had on the lunch menu that was as good as their breakfast biscuits. I was informed the chicken and hamburgers were good. I ordered three burgers, all with extra cheese, one with extra pickles and a different one with no onions. I also asked to have the wrappers labeled so that I didn’t have to put my fingers all over them to figure out which one was which. I pulled around and at the window added three large fries. I then asked the cashier, also the young lady that took my order on the intercom, if she was sure the burgers were as good as the biscuits … she answered “probably not” … I gave a tongue-in-cheek hard time about waffling on her testament to the burgers. Another lady then brought the bag with the food to the window and I asked about the details of what she was handing me. Her face immediately fell and I could tell she was unaware of the contents of the bag and whether or not they were labeled. I felt a little bad about messing with her, because she got nervous and anxious. I took my bag and proceeded to the house. Long story short- the team at this Jack’s rallied to demonstrate that they are a grand solution to a need for food at any meal time. All the burgers were labeled, wrapped and assembled neatly and attractively, very tasty and accurate to my specifications. They performed marvelously, and I will definitely be going back again and again. Not only does jacks provide the top of the line breakfast biscuits, their burgers are no joke. Hands down better than all the major chains in the area and even a couple sit down places known for their burger selections (watch out B-dubs and Applebees). I hope the team want to dismayed by my pointed requests and detailed follow up. They performed admirably. Whoever owns this location is promoting a great culture oriented around customer service.

No sweet tea, no sauce, dry and rock solid biscuit, no extra fry salt, soggy chicken tenders. 😾 Insanely slow and rude service. 😿

This Jack's location never disappoints. We go there at least once a week and it's always great. Last week, we tried the new Chicken Sliders, and enjoyed them tremendously. Also, the staff that was there that day rocked! Christina, Serenity, and DeMarcus, "Great Job, thank you all so much for an excellent experience!".

The Jack's near Killen has went down. They take forever and just now, they put to much seasoning in the fries. I could not eat them and I like Jack's fries but not these.
