25 minutes wait for buffalo wings and the buffalo isn't even spicy. Food was edible but not great.

I love going to Jack's in the mornings. They are usually pretty quick in the drive-thru and on the way to work it's a great place to get breakfast. I enjoy all their breakfast items. I would like to address an issue that I have seen more lately than in the past and that is getting the correct order to the customer in the drive thru. I know that they have a ticket on the bag or are to check the contents before they had out the window. Today I ordered a special breakfast. I thought the person checked it so I did not recheck it. When I get to work I realized that I had a single gravy biscuit. LOL someone got blessed with a very good meal this morning. I was not unhappy that I received a gravy biscuit (I eat those a lot) but the price is quite different. All I ask is, even when it's busy, take the time to please check. I will continue to support Jack's and continue to go through the drive-thru. I guess I will have to start checking my order before I drive off. Love and Blessings to all fast food workers.

My daughter wasn't feeling well we stopped here to use the restroom and at least two people came to check on my daughter they were so kind and understanding definitely will be back

Do not go inside at this location. It’s like they don’t see you standing there waiting to order. All they care about is getting drive thru orders out fast! Walk-in customers are not priority. So sad that they are driven by how fast they get food in a bag and ignore people right in front of them.

I always go in to jacks cause my family loves jacks but they are so very rude along with nasty looks and comments. My food is never right and had a delivery an someone took my drink or whatever I still haven got anything fixed

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the breakfast deluxe and everything was great service would of been quicker if they had better machines but not the employees fault. They were going as fast as they could with a great attitude as well!! Also, my caramel iced coffee was on point!! Will go there around this time again!!

FOOD WAS SERVED SURPRISINGLY FAST. THEIR PORK CHOP BISCUITS ARE OUTSTANDING BOTH IN PRICE AND TASTE.

The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Parking lot isn't that spacious so when the drive thru is full its a little hard to maneuver. The reasoning for the low stars is because my fried chicken was sooooo dry. There was hardly any good meat on it.
