Nearly every time I order from this Jack's on DoorDash, they forget my dipping sauce. I don't even know why I bother selecting a sauce. And they do not accept special requests, so I can't even request a plastic spoon or fork. I ordered mashed potatoes as my side, thinking surely that would ensure the inclusion of some utensil, but no. I guess I'm supposed to eat these mashed potatoes with my hands.

They took almost 30 minutes to get very simple order for two people. There was only one person at the counter. That doesn’t make sense when there’s two registers that are usable. Overall terrible expense. Don’t recommend.but the food was yummy.

The service is absolutely atrocious here. I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to be told my order "wasn't ready" that I would have to come in. I said "Can I not just stay in the drive thru?" (Because there were multiple cars in front of me), this was the first of probably fifty times I had to hear them say "I mean, it's not ready". I went inside at 10:38 to find all but the hashbrowns of my order sitting on the counter. My drink just watering down. They had no care. When I finally got my order and made it home, I opened the bag to find a ham sandwich instead of a sausage sandwich. I just ate it even though it wasn't what I ordered. I don't normally write reviews, but with the inconvenience they caused me having to walk in after I was already in the drive thru, waiting inside and being told "It's just not ready yet" 496 times, my order being wrong. They had to know. Get it together.

Love the food, me and my boyfriend are big jacks fans but this one never fails to forget something weather it’s the sauce or our pies they always mess something up. Had to go in today to get the sauce they forgot on our order even though it was on the receipt and was repeated at the window, the woman never even apologized. Only words she said to us was “how many do you need” which in my opinion is just disrespectful.

I LOVE SOME JACK'S!! TODAY, OHHHH GOODNESS Every employee was beside themselves. The microwave broke so, no pancakes, on the packed, inside peoples, already orders. People were getting ugly about the orders not having everything that was ordered. My order wasn't correct, as well. The staff was just so slammed, it was almost impossible for them to manage. It got heated on the front line and window, a few times. After about 35 minutes, everyone just basically waiting , they caught up and they just seemed to be able to recover our orders. It was just a long wait and crazy, lol. I know it was just an off day. I LOVE JACK'S!!!
