I order through the mobile app at 5:45pm to pick up at 6:00pm. Got there at 6:05pm and the order was not ready. I waited until about 6:10pm to go in, the app still showing be prepared, and the person told me was being worked on. It is now 6:20 and the same person said let me check on it, it had not even been started on so he finally got my order ready at 6:30.A couple came in and ate their food while I was waiting for my order. This is so unacceptable and a good way to continue to lose business. The food was good, I always enjoy KFC but this type of service is uncalled for.

Food was good but there was a long wait. Sadly I seemed to have been served faster than a couple of people who arrived and ordered prior to me. Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in. If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.

I ordered on the mobile app and they presumably weren’t offering whatever I ordered so they compensated generously. I will not say with what because nobody deserves to get in trouble for keeping the customer happy! The drink I ordered on the app showed up wrong to them so they also compensated by correcting the drink. Wonderful service ethic, honestly.

I came through the drive thru 8pm on a Tuesday ( they close at 10pm) . I ordered 2 nuggets meals and a classic bowl. I got to the window and was asked to pull fwd the nuggets would take 5 minutes. Keep in mind I am the only customer inside or outside. After waiting 32 minutes I go inside just to be told that the fryerss were off and had to be turned back on to warm up before they can even cook. Why would you turn off your fryers when everything they cook is fried 2 hours before closing? No wonder they are starting to close stores

Order 16 peice chicken tender meal. I waited 15 min on the macaroni and biscuits. Came 20 min. Home and no biscuits, no gravy and no sause for my tenders. Very unsatisfied! And manager said when I came back again I could have my biscuits, gravy and sauces. Wow I'm not driving back.. and what am I going to do with just biscuits, gravy and tender sauce? I wanted my MEAL I PAID 52 BUCKS FOR!

My wife stopped in there to get some chicken to make sure order would be correct. We'll that didn't happen! She order a pot pie I ordered a 2 piece breast meal mashed potatoes no gravy they up charged me for extra breast as they should. But they didn't put extra piece in there they put thigh &breast and gravy on potatoes instead. They weren't busy and it's not rocket science it's chicken!!! So please when ordering from them check food b4 you leave it will save you time and grief....they can keep dollar ill go elsewhere from now on..

I don’t eat fast food often and I’m always disappointed after I do, but today I got the 4 piece deal for 10$. Chicken and sides were great and I haven’t had a soft biscuit from a chicken place in 20 years… well that changed today! Both biscuits were soft and delicious! Great service! Great food!

I was in the drop during getting my food they ask me to pull to the side. It took them 42 minutes for me to get my food I had to go in and still wait because they had forgot about me. And when I got home my food is wrong. I ordered an 16 piece family meal. And an 8 piece all dark meat. No gravy only 16 pieces of chicken. Never never again.
