Waited over an hour to get a mobile order. Couldn’t get a refund since I ordered through the mobile app. Two employees seemed to know what they were doing and care but I do not recommend using the app to order from this location! Drive thru was moving right along and folks dining in came and went while all the mobile order queue just waited sadly and hungry.

I ordered the 6 wings snack through door dash once I got my food the wings were dry and hard to the point of me not being able to eat them at all. The only thing I could eat was the mashed potatoes. Tried calling them they would pick up and hang up every time. I have no plans of ever eating her again

Me and my friend didn’t know what to order but we decided to order the family meals but the girl told to go to the window because she wasn’t understanding what we were saying she starts talking trash that we can’t speak English and speaking Spanish of course we speak English we trying to explain how we wanted to order but she was so rude to us but the food was good but the way they treat us it wasn’t nice

We ordered the 20 piece chicken wings, they taste of old grease, the outside texture was not crispy and the inside was not cooked all the way through, had to wait about twenty minutes for some BS
The Florence, AL location is RIDICULOUSLY slow. The food is good but there is never a time where you don't wait at the very least 15-20 minutes for your food. Today I waiting 28 minutes for 8-pc saucy nuggets and an order of potato wedges and was late getting back to work just 2 blocks over. Something needs to change at this location or they're going to lose a lot of business. All of my coworkers have been late trying to get lunch there as well. KFC, do better.

I order through the mobile app at 5:45pm to pick up at 6:00pm. Got there at 6:05pm and the order was not ready. I waited until about 6:10pm to go in, the app still showing be prepared, and the person told me was being worked on. It is now 6:20 and the same person said let me check on it, it had not even been started on so he finally got my order ready at 6:30.A couple came in and ate their food while I was waiting for my order. This is so unacceptable and a good way to continue to lose business. The food was good, I always enjoy KFC but this type of service is uncalled for.

Food was good but there was a long wait. Sadly I seemed to have been served faster than a couple of people who arrived and ordered prior to me. Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in. If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.

I ordered on the mobile app and they presumably weren’t offering whatever I ordered so they compensated generously. I will not say with what because nobody deserves to get in trouble for keeping the customer happy! The drink I ordered on the app showed up wrong to them so they also compensated by correcting the drink. Wonderful service ethic, honestly.
