I don’t eat fast food often and I’m always disappointed after I do, but today I got the 4 piece deal for 10$. Chicken and sides were great and I haven’t had a soft biscuit from a chicken place in 20 years… well that changed today! Both biscuits were soft and delicious! Great service! Great food!

I was in the drop during getting my food they ask me to pull to the side. It took them 42 minutes for me to get my food I had to go in and still wait because they had forgot about me. And when I got home my food is wrong. I ordered an 16 piece family meal. And an 8 piece all dark meat. No gravy only 16 pieces of chicken. Never never again.

If I could give a ..0..I definitely would, the store on cox creek pkwy charged me twice for my meal, we were told it would be a 10 min wait for fries that turned in to a 30 min wait, we finally got the food and when I say the worst meal I’ve ever had from this company would be a big UNDERSTATEMENT, called the store and was told by the “RGM” that it takes a MONTH to go back on your card. This particular KFC will never receive any business from my family again, be careful if you choose to spend your hard earned money with them.

There was a worker in the back singing extremely loudly and extremely obnoxiously. Not what you want to hear when you go out to eat with the little money you have. The food was ok, but the fries were VERY salty and we waited almost an hour for my daughter's chicken wings only to be told they didn't have any. Very cold and unwelcoming dining room.

Was replacement for the inedible slop from 1 Jack's 2 hardee's 3 Burger King but still issues 1 fountain rootbeer syrupy but still flat/nasty, not enough gravy just dribble so potatoes not much use, no slaw, did come with 4 legs

They need to cook the chicken just a bit longer I don't like blood with poultry,if it were steak it'd be right on. Chicken that is well done was very good.
