Every single time I have come here to ask for a regular Kreme filled doughnut, they never have it. Also, ordered six doughnuts on the app before I got off work, show up at 6:15 am to pick up my order and they tell me they don't have what I ordered

At Halloween, they only had a couple of the doughnuts for the seasonal box and had to add some regular ones to complete a dozen. I stop by tonight to get a Christmas box to take to work tomorrow and at the drive through they act like they don’t know what I am talking about when I ask for a Christmas dozen. So I offer to take a pic of it on the menu board and drive around. When I show her the pic, she tells me they don’t have enough of those and management only wants them to sell 6 at a time. Why even have these seasonal ones in a commercial if they are never available?

My mom, son, and I stopped in for a quick treat. Employee that took our order was so friendly and very helpful. And I mean, they have donuts. What's not to like?
Nowhere close to enough filling in the donuts at this location. They barely put a little speck of it right in the center of the donut. It shouldn't take 4 bites to get to the filling. 🙄 Dunkin sure doesn't have that problem! If it wasn't for the new oreo donut, Dunkin would have gotten my business!

Restroom was very nasty. The floor was dirty. The toilet was bad. The sink was bad. I didn't want to tuch anything. I thought to my self if the restroom is that dirty what else is? There were like 6 employees and 4 was just taking Mind there was nobody in the lobby. I think I would rather go elsewhere.

Was in town visiting family and we don't have Krispy Kreme where I live. The donuts were great and the staff was very friendly. The lady did appear to be overworked running drive thru and walk ins. She was doing her best and stayed communicating the entire time. We even got a free dozen glazed due a promo while we were there. We always stop by when we are in town.

First time coming here. Ordered on the app before I got off work. Get here to pick it up and they don’t have my order and tell me to substitute something as they didn’t make the specific donuts I ordered and didn’t mark it as unavailable. Then I’m trapped in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then told to park and wait another 10 minutes for a refund. Definitely won’t waste my time here again.
Drive thru always closed in the morning. Went inside to order on a Sunday for my staff and employees all made me feel like I was a bother and didn't want to help. I left without ordering went to Dunkin Donuts instead

Terrible! We walked in 8.1.25. I cannot see well so asked the kid working what part of the sign said. He said I will get a manager I dont want to tell you wrong.
We were ready to order and my Ole lady asked him to change his gloves bc he was touching his hair. He did then asked what box we wanted. I told him we were getting singles.not a box. He said he didn't knkw what that was. He again touched his skin and hair with his gloves so we left

This has got to be one of the worst Krispy Kremes have had several bad experiences but the most recent was tonight when we walked in at 9:30 and they where basically closing with no options to choose from. Supposedly closes at 11 but looked like they where done for the day couldn't even get our .88 cent dozen had to settle for 3 donuts because they only had 3 kinds left. After driving nearly a hour this was beyond disappointing not to mention our other bad experiences!
