Most of the time I have no issues with this store. If you do order, avoid the cinnamon donuts. I was told they're a different texture than the glazed, but I wasn't aware rock hard and stale was a normal texture for any donut.
Service was terrible, the crew was on cell phones No smiles, no friendly atmosphere, I had to ask the young man at the register to smile It would be okay, and I saw the girls by drive thru no orders playing on cells they were very rude.
Love this location. Often they are out of the limited or specialty items later in the day, but that’s to be expected at most places. I’ve never had an issue with service here, they are great. Asked to try one of the cinnamon sugar donut holes (which are great) and the guy was so nice! I like the new rewards system overhaul, and love the hot and fresh glazed donuts anytime, but especially after a movie at night.
